It is just a game changer for people like us working in a very stringent corporate environment. You can easily use and implement it inside your organization to get benefits of various features whether you want to generate leads or just want to analyze industry trends. Just with a click you can do that without any hassle. Its integration with organization is just tremendous in terms of B2B sales. You can use it in on frequent basis for your professional growth in such a way that one can even think of it. At last LinkedIn provides an awesome customer support. I utilize it on daily basis some drawbacks i like to mention that there is no way to identify that information provided by someone is factually correct or not. It must have some checks for that which provides us information in more filtered manner. Whether someone giving insights on market trends or else there workforce info it must be refined priorly. LinkedIn Sales insights helps me and my team better undetstand which accounts to focus reaching out to, by finding out what companies and leaders are researching relevant topics to the software and services my company offers. The system is easy to use and integrates well with our CRM. Implementation requries no work at all really. LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Insights stands out for its lead generation and targeting capabilities. The advanced search filters, customizable to an impressive degree, allow me to zero in on my ideal prospects based on industry, company size, and even role. Moreover, the lead recommendations are consistently spot-on, guiding my outreach strategically. The ability to save and organize leads is invaluable, significantly enhancing my overall sales process efficiency. While LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Insights is a powerful tool, its complexity can sometimes be a drawback. The interface, loaded with features, can be overwhelming. Navigating through the multitude of options requires a steep learning curve. Additionally, the integration with other CRM tools, although useful, isn’t always seamless so I use another third party product to probably sync it with my crm. There are a lot of valuable pieces in Linkedin Sales Insights. The most commonly used data bits for me are Employee Count, Job Openings & Recent growth alerts.
As someone who sells into HR, going into calls knowing what headcount and growth figuers look like allow for 1) the prospect to know I did my research 2) provide information that is valuable and not waste time on demographic based questions in the call like "how many employees do you have?" It is important to understand that data given is not always up to date or accurate. For example, if you are looking at employee totals for companies who employee blue collar workers, chances are those employees don't have LinkedIn therefore the total employee count figure would be underrepresented. I like that I can easily build current prospect lists based off of the information I am provided. It integrates great with SalesLoft and SalesForce and I use it everyday to gain insights on potential customers. I have not had a bad experience with any of their customer support.
