Additionally, while the platform provides great high-level trends, drilling down into very specific insights or integrating the data seamlessly with other CRM and analytics tools can require extra effort.

I really like understanding the customer activity through the recent activities feature, lead recommendations, and the ability to trace things in real time. This helps me understand the market and potential customers, making sales accordingly. The setup was very easy for my team.

Corporate Email address for the users would be highly beneficial. It would also be great to have something similar to ZoomInfo where you can trace users of a company by departments, purchasing authority, etc. Additionally, an option to import or export user lists and trace those specific users within Sales Navigator would be helpful, especially if they move companies or activities.

I really like the AI part of LinkedIn Sales Insights. It actually identifies the strategic priorities and business challenges happening in organizations, which is one of my favorite features. This capability allows me to reach out to the right individuals at the right time with the appropriate information, tailoring my pitch according to their requirements. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, which made uploading CSV files straightforward and not complex at all.

I'm not pretty sure if it would be counted within LinkedIn Sales Insights or not, but I guess the kind of mapping it does with my CRM list goes a bit wrong because of maybe the multiple names or the duplicate names present within the CRM. So that basically do not finally aligns with the right account on the platform.

It’s still at a very early stage and only researches a prospect’s footprint on LinkedIn. For more holistic research, we also need to explore leads on the company’s website and other social media platforms.

It basically saves me time because I don’t have to open each lead’s profile one by one when I’m running a campaign that isn’t super personalized. By using parts of the insights, I can quickly draft a relevant message.

What I value most is the real-time nature of the data. Unlike static databases, LSI reflects job changes and company growth instantly because it’s powered by LinkedIn’s live member updates. That immediacy makes sizing our Total Addressable Market (TAM) feel much more reliable and up to date.

The price point is definitely on the high end. The initial setup and CRM integration (for example, with HubSpot) can also be complex, and there’s a bit of a learning curve before the team can fully take advantage of the insights.

It’s helping us solve the “bad data” problem in our CRM. We use it to spot “whitespace” in our territories and make sure our reps stay focused on accounts that are actually growing, instead of wasting time on companies that are shrinking.

It is easier to find potential leads rather than the regular linkedIn search

The lack of options for filtering, for example, we target transcriptionists and court reporters, those roles do not exist in the filters, which make sit very hard to find these targets, also the fact that the invitation that you can make per day in limited is also very unfair because we are already paying for a very expensive subcription to not be bale to do this which is the bare minimum

It didnt really solve any problems, yes, you can find people's profiles, but 9/10 time sthey have no contact information in there, so it is useless

I love the quick way that LinkedIn Sales Insights provides to access information about my audience and increase my lead generation. Before, it used to take me about two weeks to get loyal leads that generated value for me. Now, with LinkedIn's system, it basically takes me two hours. What I value most is the agility and quality, aspects that I prioritize in my company. The various functionalities to filter exactly what I want and desire provide quality in prospecting.

I believe there could be more filtering functions to better direct what I want to the audience I wish to reach. There were technical terms that I found difficult to adjust.
