What I like most is how easy it is to find jobs that genuinely match my skills and experience. I can filter by role, location, experience level, remote or hybrid work, and even specific technologies, which saves me a lot of time compared with searching across multiple job portals.
I also appreciate being able to view key details in one place, like company information, the job description, and required skills, and sometimes even whether I have connections who work there. The Easy Apply option is helpful for many openings, and the ability to save jobs and return to them later is something I use quite often.
Another feature I find valuable is having job searching and professional networking together. I can connect with recruiters, follow companies I’m interested in, and keep my profile updated while applying for new opportunities. Overall, it has become my first choice whenever I’m looking for a new role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t really have any major complaints, but I do sometimes notice the same job posted multiple times by different recruiters or agencies, which means I end up seeing duplicate listings. I’ve also come across a few roles that seem to have already been filled but still show up in the search results.
Overall, the job recommendations are solid. Every now and then, though, I’ll get suggestions that don’t fully match my skills or my preferred location. It’s not a big deal since the filters work well and make it easy to narrow things down.
Aside from these minor issues, I’ve had a very positive experience using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
