"Simple, Easy-to-Use Network for Job Search and Client Connections"
4/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

LinkedIn is a simple and easy to use professional network. You can use it for quick job search at different global locations. I used LinkedIn for finding relevant job opening in nearby locations. In addition to job search, it also helped me in connecting and communicating with my new clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

Although it’s helpful for finding new jobs, it still lacks many of the capabilities I’d expect from a job search engine. Lately, a lot of people have been posting on LinkedIn as if it were just another social media platform, and LinkedIn hasn’t done enough to address this issue. What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

Sometimes the feed filled with too many promotional or repetitive posts, which makes it harder to find truly valuable content. Notifications can also be overwhelming at times, and it can take some effort to filter out what's actually relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

One thing I dislike about LinkedIn Job Search is that some job listings aren’t very clear, or they’re already outdated. At times it also shows too many similar roles, which can get confusing when I’m trying to narrow things down. On top of that, the competition is high, so it can be difficult to get responses. "Job Search That Feels Human: Networking, Culture Insights, and Easy Apply"
4/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

Honestly, what I like most about LinkedIn Job Search is how alive it feels compared to other platforms. It’s not just a list of job postings—you can actually see the people behind the roles, check out the company culture, and even get a sense of how active or real the opportunity is.

The biggest advantage for me is the visibility into connections. If I see that someone in my network works at a company, it instantly makes the whole process feel more human and less like sending your CV into a void. Being able to reach out, even casually, changes everything.

I also like the “Easy Apply” feature—it removes a lot of friction when you’re applying to multiple roles. And the recommendations are usually pretty on point once you’ve interacted with a few listings.

If I had to sum it up: it’s the combination of job search + networking in one place that makes it stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

Some job postings don’t feel very real—they stay open for weeks, and it’s unclear if the company is actually hiring. “Easy Apply” brings too many applicants, so it’s hard to stand out. The most frustrating part is the lack of feedback. Also, recommendations can sometimes be irrelevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about LinkedIn Job Search is how easy it is to discover relevant opportunities while leveraging my professional network at the same time.
