"Personalized Job Matches and Quick Apply Make LinkedIn Job Search a Standout"
5/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

LinkedIn Job Search stands out because it connects you directly with opportunities that match your skills and interests, without feeling overwhelming.

What feels most valuable

- Highly personalized recommendations that get smarter as you use it.

- Easy visibility into who’s hiring, including company insights and mutual connections.

- Simple application process, often with Quick Apply.

- Real‑time alerts so you don’t miss new openings.

- A professional environment, which makes the job search feel more focused and credible.

It’s a tool that helps you find relevant roles faster and understand employers better, all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

The biggest frustration with LinkedIn Job Search is how noisy and repetitive it can feel.

Common pain points

- You often see the same job posted multiple times by different recruiters.

- Some recommendations feel off‑target, even when your profile is clear.

- “Easy Apply” can attract huge applicant pools, making it harder to stand out.

- Salary information is inconsistent or missing on many listings.

It’s useful, but those rough edges can make the search feel less efficient than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review for LinkedIn Job search as an user"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

Context beyond the job post. “Easy Apply” and saved workflows make applying feel smoother and more organized. I also appreciate the transparency into companies, and the built-in networking nudge that encourages me to connect rather than just submit and move on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

Job recommendations can be repetitive or a bit off-target at times. I’ve also noticed that some listings seem outdated or are already filled by the time they appear. The heavy focus on networking can feel overwhelming, especially when I’m mainly trying to browse roles. On top of that, premium features are pushed pretty aggressively, which can be distracting. "Excellent Tool for Job Search with Connection Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

Most importantly, it offers a lot of job opportunities. You can filter listings by distance, and it also shows whether you have any connections who work at the company. That makes it easy to see if you know someone there, especially if you want to ask for a referral or learn more about the role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

Perhaps they could improve by adding a "Notify me" button so that when more jobs come available that are related to your search criteria that you will get an email notification. They do send email notifications but I don't believe you can set specific criteria for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Skill-Based Job Suggestions on LinkedIn"
5/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

What I appreciate most about LinkedIn's job search is how it offers job suggestions tailored to your skills. Additionally, the platform provides knowledge tests related to the types of jobs you are interested in, which I find to be the best feature I have encountered on any job portal, especially on LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

While I was looking for a job, I noticed that many of the suggestions shown to me were not relevant to my qualifications or interests. Additionally, I couldn't view the job description details directly on the main page, which made the process more time-consuming. These aspects were frustrating for me. "Great Industry Job Postings and Helpful Alumni Connections"
3.5/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

LinkedIn has a ton of job postings in my industry that I wouldn't otherwise see in other job search apps. I like that it shows fellow alumni at the workplace so I have a potential rapport building topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

I wish there were more options to filter results when searching for a job. It's easy to search for the specific job title, but it doesn't always show the best results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

It is the best platform for finding jobs and companies. On this platform, I can find job opportunities from all countries and states, and I can apply for them from one place without any issues. Many platforms require a premium subscription to apply for jobs, but LinkedIn is completely free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

The only issue is that the job search feature needs some additional options, such as a location filter. That would be very helpful and make the search process much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Job Matching and Helpful Resume Feedback"
4/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

LinkedIn Job Search has some solid features, particularly the job matching and resume improvement tools. The algorithm does a decent job of surfacing relevant opportunities, and the resume feedback is helpful for staying competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

Not every posting on LinkedIn is an actually open position. Some are placeholder listings, old postings that haven't been updated, or positions filled but still showing as active. It wastes time filtering through listings that aren't real opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
