In the not-too-distant past, job seekers had to go to several different places to try to find jobs, depending on where each company was posting their jobs. Glassdoor, ziprecruiter, Indeed, etc. Over the last few years, LinkedIn has really become the hub for companies to post and advertize their jobs. While the features and functionality aren't as robust as other dedicated job search tools, jobs are easy to find and filter and you can be confident that most of the relevant job postings you're looking for will be advertized there. While it's easy to find and filter jobs in LinkedIn Jobs, it's not as robust as other tools. There is also inconsistency in job postings since there isn't standardized set of required fields like you mind find in other tools. For instance, some jobs have a minimum salary listed, some have maximum, some have a range, some have it listed as a field, some just have it mentioned in the job posting, etc. For those reasons, some data elements such as salary are difficult to filter by. I love how it gives you a preview of the job with bulleted information that applies to you. You can see the income, the qualifications and what is expected of you in the job. The navigation of using linked in is simple and effective. You can put in your location and find suitable jobs in your area or within what you are looking for in a job. Personally I use it every day from my phone or laptop and haven't had any issues with it. I love how easy it was to connect my account between my mobile app and my laptop. This let me pick up where I left off on my job searches. A lot of the different websites let you import your linkedin profile so that you can upload it as your resume and will fill in the information for you. Plus you can download your profile as a full resume to make filling out applications easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the downsides of using the linkedIn job search is that you often are redirected to the jobs main website to fill out the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful thing in LinkedIn job search is its easy to use and the user interface is attractive and easy to adapt it in short period of time, and i use it almost every day for my job personal use as well as for my job professional purpose and it has so many features in it and and when we encounter technical issues and we request for support the support service is professional and solve our issues on time. most of the time on LinkedIn job search it is perceived and associated as of it is only for managerial positions but it includes junior and intern positions too and if it has be worked on the thought of the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the standout features I appreciate about LinkedIn is its user-friendly interface, particularly beneficial for new users. The platform includes a well-structured learning center that facilitates easy navigation and learning, enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, the organization of the notifications is commendable, allowing users to efficiently manage their interactions. Initially, I was particularly fond of LinkedIn's job search feature, which was both effective and accurate. However, the current version of this feature doesn't quite match up to its previous effectiveness, which is disappointing. Despite this, LinkedIn continues to be a valuable tool for professional networking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recently, my experience with LinkedIn has been significantly less satisfactory due to several frustrations. Firstly, the platform has an issue with the repetitive spamming of job posts. These posts clutter the feed without an option to exclude them, limiting visibility to other opportunities and often proving to be illegitimate or mere "clickbait.Another significant disappointment is LinkedIn's resume creation feature. When applying for jobs found through the job search, the automatically generated resume from my profile is poorly constructed so. It merely regurgitates my bio and listed skills, omitting critical details such as courses for which I've earned certificates and articles I've published. This oversight makes the tool nearly useless for applications that require a detailed and tailored resume. despite subscribing to LinkedIn's premium plan, the features provided do not justify the cost. The job suggestions are often irrelevant, recommending roles unrelated to my expertise in artificial intelligence. This misalignment occurs despite my profile and learning activities being clearly centered around this field.
The inclusion of a more sophisticated resume tool could potentially redeem these shortcomings. If LinkedIn could offer a feature that allows customization of the resume for different applications ncorporating selectable skills, courses, certificates, and publications it would make navigating the platform's other frustrations worthwhile. Such an enhancement would provide significant value, making the premium plan more appealing and justifying the investment in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing I like most about LinkedIn jobs is that it allows kicking start and applying to different job openings with different roles and you can connect with different people either of the same or working in different organisations to build a network and to have a secure future. It has a very user friendly interface and very easy to make a profile in it, its like my go to app nowadays and it helped me to grab most of the internships. Premium version has a lot of features which are required but its a little more expensive and also there are a lot of spams in dms too about premium and about job postings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LinkedIn is genuine platform although there is less chance but there are many fake jobs are posted they ask money for joining the company but after paying money they block number and don't response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LinkedIn Job Search has been a game-changer for me! It’s super easy to browse job listings and set up alerts tailored to my career goals. The ability to see how I’m connected to recruiters and hiring managers through my network gives me a real edge. I’ve found some amazing opportunities that I might have missed otherwise. While LinkedIn Job Search is a great tool, I wish there were more filtering options to narrow down results by specific criteria, like company size or job flexibility. Sometimes, the job recommendations can feel a bit broad and not fully aligned with my preferences. But overall, it’s still a very helpful platform for job hunting. The Job ads are not quickyly updated, some old jobs are also visible that become difficult to identify which company is hiring or not at that time. So the older job hiring post whould be removed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
