From the moment you start creating an account, it is step by step with an AI named Phil helping you and tailoring your responses to make your information sparkle and present more professional. Which most sites do not have. Absolutley amazing and the greatest idea! Implementing my resume was very easy I uploaded the file and Phil autofilled and tailored my information to fit my job search. So far I have not had anything peronally that i dislike about ZipRecruiter. The only thing I can say that I dislike is there is too many options. I like having options, but sometimes too many makes it hard to narrow down or zoom in on what exactly it is I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It sends me a wide range of available positions which match up with various talents listed on my resume. Also, I feel the searches I perform on ZipRecuiter are more extensive then say Indeed for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the downsides are not really ZipRecuiter related but employer-wide related. I think this idea of companies using AI to decide on which resumes get an interview and which are discarded takes away from finding the absolute right person. There is no human interaction so a perspective employer does not get to know, in person, if the candidate chosen for that interview is truly the right for the job. This software is very easy to use, and its user interface is excellent. The ability to upload my resume and apply with just one click has significantly reduced my stress during the job search. I receive many emails from various job search platforms, but ZipRecruiter is the only one that sends me job listings that truly match my interests and experience. I love this software and will definitely recommend it to my friends when they're looking for jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't received any feedback on the jobs I've applied for. While my resume shows that it has been viewed, I don't know if it is progressing further in the hiring process. It would be helpful if companies could inform us whether we are being considered and if we should prepare for a call. Knowing about a potential screening call in advance would allow me to better prepare for an interview for that position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ziprecruiter let's me know each time a job has viewed my application, and they actually do view it frequently. With other job sites I fear my applications never get anywhere, and with zipricruiter I actually get contacted. Each time I have struggled in the work force, I'm immedietly using all of these sites, and I've always had the best experience with zipricruiter. I also love the 1-click apply, as sometimes 3 job applications can consume your day. We're here to get a job and the more applications the better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I still don't have a job, so although my applications have gotten viewed over and over, and I have gotten a couple interviews through ziprecruiter, I am still struggling to be in the work force. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I Like the data base which we already view the resume storing in the viewed resumes also ziprecruiter have advance filters such as boolean search, roles wise also radius which means distance of candidate and when the candidate can update the reusme in ziprecruiter these thing like the most it is easy of use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's too expensive 3$ per resume so i think can reduce the resume prize it can be the top recruitement job portal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ZipRecruiter is very easy to use, and I appreciate the simple UI. I like that Phil keeps me updated on the application status and presents me for other positions. I find the user experience really helpful to navigate. As a former software developer I can really appreciate keeping things simple and easy to understand for the user. There is a certain page where you can scroll on the left and have a job open on the right and I don't think you have the ability to downvote or remove a job there. That could be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They always have a tremendous listing of jobs that I am looking for and keep me informed every step of the way. It is great to have that constant communication from them as I am applying and looking, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue Ive had on a couple of occasions is direct messages from a prospective employer were not in my messages until hours after the employer sent them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ziprecruiter is great because of the quick apply options and the easy follow up questions. The site is very professional, not one of the sites where you click to find a job and find a hundred other links instead. The blue borders around active boxes are very helpful if you get distracted while inputting data. It is all around very user friendly. It is a great feeling to finish inputting all your resume data and have it stored there for easy applying. The AI feature is nice too with friendly Phil. The app on my iPhone is visually more appealing than "competitors" also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have only really seen upsides, so all I can say is maybe that it could have links to city Chamber of Commerce sites so people can find businesses to invite to view their profile on ZipRecruiter (and others'). Maybe that would be too much to ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that new resume feature really helpful! It's great to be able to have ZipRecruiter make a resume for me out of my experience. My favorite feature is the "match" feature. It's great to know which roles I'd be a good fit for before I apply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some times the match feature isn't present. I wish it popped up on all the job posts. It's not consistent format with laptop or phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is easy to use and has the latest jobs available on the market. I also like that I can save jobs and also see the jobs that I have applied to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That there is no filter option. I like to filter items by date posted etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
