She is easy to customize for one's own needs / for one's own event, and no programming knowledge is required. Since it is a web app, nothing extra needs to be downloaded from the app store, making the app quickly available to every participant. We were particularly impressed by the possibility of live posts and the chance to gather direct feedback from the participants. Additionally, the collected feedback can be immediately retrieved and used directly for presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just a small thing, but perhaps the possibility to view our exhibition plan in "full screen." But even so, it worked wonderfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Through the app, we were able to provide our visitors with the complete program again as a digital version. So: All films, discussion events, exhibitions and other events with the exact location information. With the possibility of assigning an event to different categories, visitors to the app were also able to search specifically for events at a specific location or date, in a certain language, films from a particular country or even on a particular topic, since we have different thematic films Have assigned sections. It was also great to highlight certain favorites so that the visitors could use the app to create their own personal festival program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In general we had a really good experience with LineUpr. It would be great if it would be possible to create the option of filtering several criteria at the same time. Searching for example for all screenings in a specific place, or in seeing all events in arabic on a specific date. Until now it is not possible to have different layers of criterias, this would be our only criticism. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We loved that it was easily customized to reflect our branding. We also loved that we could make changes on the fly unlike when working with a traditional printer for event programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There wasn't anything that we really disliked, but maybe a way for attendees to print the schedule would be nice. Some of our attendees really like having a paper schedule. Everyone else had no problems with using a digital program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lineupr is a very clear tool to provide participants of a conference with an "app" that informs them about all relevant information. We had an international conference with about 300 participants from 40 nations. After a very short time you could see that the mobile phones were being pulled out everywhere.
Setting up the "App": The creation of participants and events is quick and easy. Programming knowledge is not necessary. The total setup time was about two hours, but depends of course on the preliminary work. I was able to take and transfer existing lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my opinion and based on the feedback from the participants, the app is almost perfect. However, a few ideas would improve the usability even further:
- It would be very good if the underlying website could also be accessed via a PC in the same way. In fact, not all people still have a smartphone. It would then also be possible to compile your favorites list on the big screen at home.
- It would be very good if events could be searched not only by category, but also by keyword. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We already worked with LineUpr for previous events and are also using it for this year's HR Bar Camp with 150 participants. It's a quick and easy tool to communicate session schedules and provide attendants with everything they need to know regarding the event. Definitely a valuable asset to anyone planning an event or conference.
It's highly adaptable to our needs, set-up incredibly fast and you can easily incorporate company branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We can't think of anything negative to say! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to use as an administrator and user. Comes with just about the right amount of options to costumize it for your organization's/brands corporate look, and has a slim, handy design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't come with built-in analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ease of use, pricing, functionality, features like surveys and very simple navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If so I can only mention the fact that it still works as a web app within a mobile browser. I still don't see any alternative though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At Barcamps it is necessary to build the program plan fast after the session planning. Several Admins can put the offline planned sessions fast and simultaneous into the online session plan. The plan is great on mobile devices. You can change nearly everything on the design and prepare everything you know in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We had a sponsored plan for the barcamp. But we had to ask for it. Perhaps it would be great to implement a free plan for nonprofit conferences and small feasts for engaged people and private persons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I liked best was the simplicity of entering data and editing it. The modern and appealing design fit wonderfully! The possibility to get feedback for the people and to launch surveys was great and very easy to integrate. The possibility to plan and publish contributions live and in advance is great. Unfortunately LineUpr does not allow a large number of modifiable contents. Contributions cannot be planned. The dashboard was only accessible via desktop - not very useful for a flexible use live at the event. Unfortunately no program points can be published without end. It was not possible to integrate program items into a superordinate program item. Working with categories is necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The staff at LineUpr was incredibly easy to work with. They were able to adapt to what we needed as well as provide all of the aspects we needed to build our event app. The actual app was easy to navigate and even our youngest users were able to find the information they needed. Set-up was easy and I was able to build the app rather quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As this is a European company, the time was all based on a 24 hour clock rather than a 12 hour clock. It would have been nice to be able to use the time scale that our users were used to. Additionally, it would be great if the app had greater ease of updating through mobile devices so that updating on the go would be easier. I also would have liked to be able to add pdf attachments which at this point at least, it seems is not something that can be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
