I find Gazelle.ai helpful because it shows me which contact to search for in a new way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike one thing about Gazelle.ai and that is the AI needs to be developed more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service is outstanding. Staff are easy to contact, great webinars, and on-target newsletters. Great search aids to allow fresh looks at the data. New ways to present data with Trade Show exhibitor information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because Gazelle uses AI to scrape online sites, some information must be validated by the user. However, I prefer this 'cast a wide net' approach to a more limited amount of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very helpful tool for economic development agencies and innovation hubs to discover what companies are expanding and access to some linked key features (funding, contacts, etc). After a benchmark analysis among several providers, we agreed that Gazelle was the more complete and user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although very well made, the algorithm has its limits, thus sometimes the Gscore is not updated. Unfortunately, after GDPR implementation in the EU, we are unable to use the contact emails present on the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been delighted with Gazelle's AI lead generation tool and customer service. Whenever we’ve had questions about events they do not have in their database, they’ve responded swiftly (often with new information). The trade show feature has proven to be more valuable than we thought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We wish Gazelle were a little more comprehensive in providing updated and current contacts (especially email addresses) for crucial executives of organizations we research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I LIKE THE ABILITY TO FILTER RESULTS BY COMPANY LOCATION. YOU CAN SELECT PLACES WHERE THERE IS OR IS NOT A PRESENCE OF SUBSIDIARIES AND HQS, AND THIS IS QUITE USEFUL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I REALLY DON'T HAVE MUCH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. THE PROGRAM DOES ITS JOB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to know which companies are in growth mode. I also love the weekly eNewsletters that showcase companies looking to expand and the location in which they are considering. I like the mapping function where I can make industry comparisons. The Notes section is something I overlooked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of email information. The Trade Show tab is outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most companies that I search have a profile in Gazelle.ai. It has been helpful to know likelihood of expansion plans. I can search and download freely without incurring charges outside our subscription cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HAT Query geocoding doesn't facilitate county-based searches as reliably as it does for state level. In my experience, of course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The data is accurate, and information is constantly being added and improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be helpful to know who the person is at a company that provides the lead information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The filters are super helpful. I like that you can research companies through different methods (maps, industries, etc.) The featured lists are also handy if you want to target a specific type of company. I use it for prospection and have been super happy with the quality of the details provided (contact details included). The support is also highly reactive and helpful. I would like to see more trade shows or company information on British companies (I mainly work on the UK market), but the support told me they are working on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
