What do you like best about Ligentix?

Easy to use system, friendly system. Reports and documents are easily downloaded, shipments are quickly checked . Good visibility Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ligentix?

I can't remember anything specific. Sometimes it's slower when loading the reports. But I'm not sure if it's from the internet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is Ligentix?

Ligentix is our 4th generation supply chain management platform. It is developed in house at our development centre at Nexus, Leeds in the UK. It has been built on supply chain best practice through collaboration with hundreds of customers. The platform’s foundation is its Purchase Order integration, and exception management functionality. Running through Ligentix at its core is the critical path milestone management from PO generation through to destination delivery. This information allows us to provide a very high level of visibility down to item level right across the supply chain. This information is visible through a range of easy-to-use tools such as a visual end to end control tower, a configurable management dashboard and shipping or warehouse calendars. Ligentix allows all different supply chain stakeholders to have access for their specific needs. Because of our role bases access control each user such as a supplier, import manager, buyer, merchandiser, or finance team member only sees the information and features that are applicable to their role. On top of standard Ligentix we have an extremely detailed analytics layer. This takes data from multiple sources and merges them together to give in-depth and insightful information. Our analytics capability all links back to the vast range and amount of data we hold within Ligentix and means we can measure supplier, carrier, haulier,3rd party’s as well as our own performance against all the milestones on the critical path. In summary Ligentix delivers three unique areas of value to our customers: 1. Exception management – Means a user only needs to focus on the small number of orders that fall out of the agreed tolerance levels and that need responding to. 2. Live visibility – Our PO centric design gives visibility right down to the individual item/SKU level and this information is supplemented with live feeds from shipping lines and hauliers to ensure up to the minute control. 3. Richness of the data we gather and store, means we can report in fine detail to deliver development reports and plans to reduce lead times or costs, to manage suppliers and carriers to ultimately increase end to end efficiency to drive down cost and increase performance.

What do you like best about Ligentix?

The people working in the background are quick to help and take on board feedback, meaning that we get a proactive, not reactive aproach. I like the booking approval process, with the comment sections, that make it easy to see exactly what is going on/planned for each shipment.If you know how to find it, you can find more info that you would need. What do you dislike about Ligentix?

Sometimes you have to really dig around for info and I would really like to be able to customise reporting to tailor it to what we want, rather than manipulating what is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ligentix?

The intelligence search, the entire order and shipment history and all associated documents are accessable with a click of a button. This is the first po system ih ave opereated, so, unfortunately, I cannot compare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ligentix?

The only suggestion is to have better updates from cargo wise, this is once the vessels have sailed and there may be on route delays, it would be good to have these automated, although the Ligentix staff promptly check and confirm on these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ligentix?

The upside of ligentia is how fast you can get a response resolving issues that arise. Sometimes they take a while to get resolved depending on the size of the problem but it'll get done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes problems we are faced with can be prevented More around container bookings and transport into DC. paperwork & PL's have slight discrepancies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having all the information I need in one system, Logistic reports which cover many tools we need for our in-house daily reporting. The approval of shipments and the detailed breakdown attached to that. Widgets on the home screen giving fast information depending on what you add. Only downside I can think of is the website can kick you off for only being away a couple minutes which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using excel spreadsheets to manipulate the data, so having documents (container packing list) availabe only in PDF files are not always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
