Leverage allows us to capture shipping dates and tracking information into our ERP system without the need for constantly contacting our suppliers and manually entering that information ourselves. Leverage allows me to quickly analyze where my orders are, when they will arrive, and if they are on time. I used to have to open up bills of lading, packing slips, email factories, check with customs/port, email domestic shipping partners to be able to find where my products are and when i will get them. Leverage continues to dedicate themselves to improving their platform. Any changes requested have been resolved or are being worked on. My largest problem is that this wasn't natively integrated into my ERP when i bought it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
