The tool is very easy to setup and deploy within an organization to standardize email signatures for all employees. It also allows for creating various campaigns that appear as banners at the bottom of emails.

The setup of signatures is very easy once the tool is configured. The tool knows how to be unobtrusive when deployed, and maintenance (new campaigns, adding users) is very simple for the admin to manage. The cost is very moderate as well. Their nifty little tool that sits on your taskbar is wonderful - perfectly works with most of our users to get the centrally updated signature almost instanteneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their desktop tool sometimes signs out by itself, which breaks the auto update.
This is causing people to lose on our company wide signatures.
Also, their integration with Outlook is not very smooth - they are embedding images in signatures into emails, so Outlook causes blurry images to be shown to recipients.

Works instantly. Campaigns and signature templates are so easy to use, when you know what it's like to manually update email signatures for all your staff when you change your logo for instance, this tool can save you so much time and attention.
