The ease of connecting it with other applications making it an all rounder for email campaign. Apart from this, I love their customer service. When something is so powerful, it is also true that you need some time to get to know Lemlist well and get the most out of it. The time is not very long anyway as you have a wide knowledge base, videos and technical support that will soon make you get the hang of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lemlist not only provides a fantastic set of tools to help you easily scale your outbound activities but also ensures that all tools are easily implemented, thanks to the excellent explainer videos included in the onboarding flow. Beyond the software, Lemlist shares tons of valuable information on improving your outreach.
For me, the cherry on top is the customer support, which is extremely fast and helpful.

So far, I've had a smooth experience using Lemlist without any significant issues.
However, there are two features I'd like to see introduced:
- The ability to use snippets in LinkedIn messages.
