The Integration with Gmail is easy, spot on and with lemlist's knowledge hub, I can easily read and look for instructions if I am stuck.

The analytics are simple but powerful and no distractions to get quickly to the point. I use it everyday to check on my campaigns performance and where I need to make adjustments. I once had an issue with my account, but the customer support was incredibly quick and helped me within seconds. I dont think any other outbound tool performs this well. From the start, Lemlist always focused a lot on the quality of the emails instead of the quantity. While most tools advertise that you can send thousands of emails daily, Lemlist is much more focused on quality. Nothing (not anymore). I used to dislike having to buy a separate account for more inboxes, but Lemlist just fixed it by allowing up to 15 inboxes on the plan. No extra charge, even on Lemwarm! I really like the tool now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of configuration in relation to setting out sequences and the support in terms of community they have created.

It is a great product depending on the volumes you are looking to send and how well defined your market is.

When looking at best practice for domain safety it is good that they have provided Domain rotation but I am skeptical if I have done any damage to the domain reputation having previously used their guidance of over 100 emails per day from a single domain i was sending close to 200 a day at one point with it working in lemlists recommendations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel that the product is expensive compared to the competition especially when looking at aspects such as domain rotation, as the rules around cold email get stricter there will be a greater need to have multiple domains but in lemlists pricing model this will mean that you will need multiple licenses which is not present with several competitors.

Being based in the UK I feel their lead generation tool is limited and does not provide the right volume of prospects compared to alternative data providers.

The costing around AI tokens and Email validation is not clear and as a result I have just found a cheaper alternative for email validation and not used AI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lemlist seems to be quite simple and easy to grasp from the very beginning. It's quite intuitiveg and straight-forward to navigate and use.

The customer support is great, always replying promptly.

The tutorials and explanatory videos are quite easy to follow and implement.

In Reports > Campaigns, I'd like to be able to see the campaign sequence (steps) details even when I select all campaigns. For now it is possible if I open one by one campaign.

Also the click tracking seems to be a bit buggy - as it seems a bit unrealistic some prospects to click 50 times on some of the emails - it duplicates some of the clicks not sure why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lemlist is the best tool I've used for drip campaigns. It's great at doing that, and setting up the campaigns is extremely simple.

They've added a ton of features since I've started using it and they've all been very useful. I like being able to confirm the viability of my lead's email addresses before adding them to a campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
