I like the fact that the software offers marketers built-in templates with images. I have received e a lot of good feedback about the email I'm sending. It is so much helpful for the email campaign I'm doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downsides? What downsides? I definitely haven't found anything about the platform or Lemlist, that I don't love! I love everything that it does. It simplified sending campaigns for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup for Lemlist is simple, and for things that are more complex -- they walk you through the process.
We utilize Lemlist in conjunction with Hubspot to manage our email outreach to new leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a lack of complex automations. While you can create a sequence and migrate contacts through an email flow, the tool is missing features that allow you to use "if this, then that" logic. This makes it a little more tricky to build out complex flows that shuttle contacts into different lists and other sequences based on actions they take (or don't take). What I like the best with Lemlist is the capability to use a prospect's website to create a more personalized touch on your email outreach that would result in a better open rate and appointment rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, there are some parts that would require more work, particularly scheduling a task to remind you to contact a prospect after a couple of weeks which is not yet available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Had couple of questions before transfering to lemlist, not only they replied to me asap but they also scheduled a call with me, gave me (great) tips for deliverability and also helped me afterwards whenever I had questions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, I dislike not finding lemlist earlier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- email warming
- works with Office365 and Gmail
- excellent customer support - quick responses and solutions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's really nothing much to dislike. Pricing may be a bit higher for some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lemlist has a lot of features that best suit email marketers like me. There's the Lemwarm feature that gives the email provider the option to be warmed up before sending bulk emails thus getting less bounced emails, and emails sent to spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are times where Lemlist does not send emails according to the set daily sending limits. Sometimes the sends are less than the limits. Although you set the limits, it's not a guarantee that that will be followed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Was recommended this to try to help my team. We even paid for a year membership right off the bat without testing. When started testing they didn't even have a button to send an email.
After we won the credit card dispute they wanted to be fair and "Give us our refund" then blocked our account.
Poor experience went with a competitor that actually has the ability to send emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Poor customer experience and head of customer success is problem-oriented. Could be solution-oriented but would rather move just refund after they lost disputes. Would not recommend to anyone. Told my recommendation and they had no problem but they feel uneasy after reading the messages as it seems how they handle problems is not fixing them but hiding behind a terms and conditions.
Did not use the product at all and they argued with me on how I shouldn't receive a refund do the terms and conditions. Not because the service did not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lemlist works without any hiccups. It offers a variety of pre-made email templates that can be useful if you're out of inspiration. The emails are not ending in the receiver's spam folder, which is a crucial benefit. The support is prompt in helping most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some illogical rules: if you start a campaign and click to create the next step - say start with an email and then continue to LinkedIn visit, and then change your mind before you set the next step - it is impossible to delete it. You have to start another campaign.
The statistics seemed a bit vague on several occasions, with discrepancies in data I have and Lemlist is showing. For example, after sending an email campaign, the email returned to me with not-delivered/not existing email address info, while Lemlist statistics displayed not only the email was received but opened, too. I got an explanation from the support, which I do not accept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that every Lemlist account comes with a Lemwarm account included. So you're never emailing from a "cold" email address. This boosts deliverability and lowers the risk your GSuite (or whatever you use to send your emails) gets disabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lemlist is the best "cold email" tool I've tried. But there's no way to totally personalize an email the way you can when it's sent from a real person to a real person. So we stopped using it in favor of manually sending personalized cold emails to really target lead lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
