What do you like best about lemlist?

I really love the User Interface of Lemlist and I like how they display so many details of the campaign in a very clear design. The best thing is you can view all the replies to cold emails inside lemlist itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The only thing I didn't like was the API problems they had with the Lemwarm. All our warm-up emails were going to the spam and categories section which was really frustrating. I don't know if they've fixed it, but before that was creating email deliverability issues for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lemlist is a great tool for us to send Cold Emails in bulk with image personalization. I really like Image Personalization feature which helped us insert dynamic images inside cold emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about lemlist?

I liked the dashboard, it was aesthetic and a nice way to see your cold email stats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

their support and billing practices. I had my account disabled for months when I was not using the service, when I reactivated the service the billed me for the months that my account was not active as well as the current month. They were extremely rude when I questioned them and asked for a refund. I never got a refund and they just kept the money even though my account was not active. Their money back policy - having a dispute with them as they say I did not cancel on time - though I had not used the product in months. Their interface can be difficult to navigate at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
