I love using it for automating our B2B emails as it's super user-friendly and has great tools to build a campaign.

I dont have much that I dislike about lemlist but I wish you could use the option for invites on linkedin to embed links as i have had to do this manually because of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The variety of different features, and the support staff. I wanted to embed a personalised video GIF st scale, but this wasn't possible through other platforms, and with the help of an amazing staff member called Sofia, she walked me through how to do it, as well as answering any queries along the way. Hubspot manual task synchronization does not exist, tasks sometimes can be absent(yes, you can create a campaign, and tasks can be absent for some prospects), UX isn't intuitive, and reports don't look nice with all those stupid emojis. But all that is nothing the worst thing is numerous bugs. The system can be down during your working process and you can do nothing but sit and wait till your ticket is done. Lemlist is not the tool for mass outreach using cold email and it only allows you to add one email inbox at a time which is very expensive compared to its competetors like snov.io.Lemlist does not have a trigger option and the followup sequence only has a delay option.
