Even though the tool is pretty straight-forward, if you're new to email marketing tools, you'll definitely have questions and that's when Lemlist shines the brightest. Their support team answers within the first ten minutes of your report, they're always nice and they always go the extra mile. They'll often send screen recordings to show you how to do something if their textual explanations didn't work for you.

The tool itself had a reporting issue in my books by not allowing you to select exact dates or ranges but it had predetermined ones. It offers integrations with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and with HubSpot. It allows you to personalize outbound emails and messages with relevant information about the lead. It can automatically find email addresses for LinkedIn profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VERY BUGGY. Some things that should work just don't. For example, when you import leads from a LinkedIn Sales Navigator search results page, it imports a random amount of leads. It doesn't import just the ones visible on the page (usually 25 leads) and it doesn't import all of the results at once. Also, it will import MANY, MANY exact duplicates (e.g. leads that are completely identical in every way, including the LinkedIn profile URL). You'd think they could easily detect when we've already imported a lead based on the LinkedIn profile URL, but unfortuately they don't detect it, so you'll have to export your list, de-dupe it offline, then re-import it. In the meantime, they've burned through your credits for finding email addresses for all of those duplicates.

In general, it's very difficult to figure out how to do things, and the interface gives you absolutely no guidance on how things work or what's going to happen when you take particular actions.
