The customer service has been amazing. I am new to Lemlist and cold emailing. Every time I hit a hurdle the customer service team is there to help. They ususally send a video or if I ask for one send it through straight away. I feel like lemlist can be a bit tricky for beginners but the customer service team has made it great to navigate.
