As our system of record for leases, LeaseCalcs efficiently generates our month-end accounting entries (integrated into our ERP), and reports from LeaseCalcs are used by multiple teams, including Facilities, HR and FP&A. I like how LeaseCalcs manages the leases, entries, reporting, expiration tracking, etc. Very easy to consolidate data with the amount of available reporting. The available options make providing back-up to auditors easy. The monthly entries are extracted from LeaseCalcs to SAP each month, so they do not have to be manually posted. I have been using the software for about 2 years and am still learning everyday. I would like to see the system navigation sped up, it is a bit slow currently (although we have over 1000 leases currently in system). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
