What do you like best about LeaseCalcs?

What problems is LeaseCalcs solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a newly public company, we needed a solution like LeaseCalcs to quickly and accurately account for our lease portfolio. While our portfolio is not extensive, accounting for leases using excel is time consuming and subject to error. The LeaseCalcs software acts as both a library for your lease portfolio, with all pertinent facts stored in one location and simplifies the monthly accounting and reporting process.
