I enjoy the ease of editing lease payments when landlords update CAM, Taxes, Utilities the most. In addition, when we have an amendment to a lease, the software is very ease to input this amendment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LeaseCalcs is very rigid on prorating rent based on the day of the lease. It is difficult to update the prorated amount without forcing LeaseCalcs to post a certain amount based on the days in the month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how LeaseCalcs manages the leases, entries, reporting, expiration tracking, etc. Very easy to consolidate data with the amount of available reporting. The available options make providing back-up to auditors easy. The monthly entries are extracted from LeaseCalcs to SAP each month, so they do not have to be manually posted.
