Catalogues that are not so regularly updated, old content not updated / current

sometime the nitty gritty of set up can leave you scratching you head

some enhancements available however we were not aware they were part of subscription, would like ton adapt site but lots of hands on required by us admin to make it work. more enforced time with customer experience or product coaches to realise our potential in the system and make it sing and dance. however time and input needed from admin to make this happen.

some of the adapt ways of downloading and adapting adapt course is not overly user friendly and quite complex in parts

Their Customer support team is fantastic. If we have a problem with Adapt or our LMS, we can call and receive instant support to resolve any issues or questions we may have. We've got a good relationship with our account manager Brian, and have worked closely with Maeve to really take our current LMS to the next level, improving our UX for our leaners and reporting functionality for our senior leaders. I can't say there is anything that we dislike about Learning Pool. Previously, we didn't have much in the way of communications from our account manager, but since Brian has paired with us, we get regular updates and catch ups to see how we're getting on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Through Learning Pool we have been able to streamline the process of developing bespoke, branded elearning content for our new LMS. The service has been extremely helpful and precise throughout, and continues to offer support post sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being a social care provider, we require a number of condition specific and technique specific content that isn't part of the current Learning Pool offering so we were left still needing to source content elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coming from Absorb, this system has been a challenge. We have the LXP and did not truly understand the differences between that and the LMS offered. This system is not very friendly to "scores" with the default accountability only being completion.

The video storage limitation of 700k per files has been a challenge as well causing many to be degraded to work.

The reporting function could be better. Although, this may just be that our organisation has not got all of the available plug ins installed. Certificates not reissuing with new completion dates is a major flaw for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the Learning Pool academy and their Academy Wednesday podcasts.

Theres a few features that are locked down that would be really useful to our product, when introducing new features, they aren't available in the LMS by default you often have to request that support turn them on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
