You can bespoke the look and feel to suit your business and your brand. There is a wealth of functionality that can be utilised to allow you to provide the best learner experience. Add to that the customisable off the shelf content which really allows you to own the full learning experience and deliver a proposition that is aligned to your business.
The support desk are always available to answer any questions and they do so promptly and fully whether raised by phone or through the customer portal. As its a cloud based system their support team can see what we see and help us solve problems in real time.
Our Account Manager has taken the time to get to know us as a business and how we want to use the LMS. They always listen to our feedback and get us involved in opportunites that they know will benefit us and them as our provider.
That we can understand the inner workings of the LMS, doing our own problem solving and delivering the LMS to our business in a way that suits us. Having ownership of it means our learners can get the best out of it to suit their learning preferences and development plans whilst ensuring we remain compliant where and when we need to. We utilise the Admin profiles heavily, feedback here is very specific to certain functionality:
- There are some interesting quirks in the system, i.e. you have to log out completely to log back in when you switch between users if investigating a learner profile.
- It would be great to have more help on hand when new functionality is released. i.e. Dashlets, this was released with very little support on how to utilise them they way we wanted to or make them look engaging in the same way LP marketed them, ours look very 2d and flat in comparison
- When a learner books onto a workshop or seminar it could be 4-5 hours before they receive their confirmation email. Consumers expect immediacy with these items generally. we would like to see this improved.
- Lack of investment in improving Adapt - given we have been in a virtual delivery space the last two years Adapt seems no further forward so could be missing engagement opportunities.
- The Academy - the user guides are very limited and rarely find the answers to our questions however the support team are very helpful so our default is to use them rather than use the Academy.
- Sometimes there can be a disconnect between how LP advise the LMS should be used vs. how we want to use it for our business whch can negate the bespoke selling point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whe I started in Oxygen, I had 6 months to find and launch a learning platform. Learning pool was the only option for us. The implementation was quick, the team were excellent on the project side. The integration into our business was seamless and its now a huge part of our everyday organisation.
I love the team at learning pool - they are all supportive and helped us achieve the goal of launching our training platform quickly, efficiently and successfully. The software is both efficient and easy to use for users and learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Stream extensively since it was first developed and have introduced it to my current organisation. It has help[ed us to create award winning blended learning offerings to our clients that consistently get incredibly high satisfaction ratings from our participants. It is easy to use and incredibly flexible allowing us to adapt and evolve our online learning elements. Having reviewed many other providers the key difference is the interactivity between the participants on the course, creating social learning.
The social learning element makes the online more akin to a classroom environment which increases the stickiness of the learning, and therefore the effectiveness of the programme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love about Learning Pool is that they are always there when you need them. We have a meeting with our Account Manager every quarter to go over what's going well and what we need assistance with and they let us know of what's new with LP and what to keep our eyes peeled for inc. new features, events, webinars etc. The Support Desk are available all the time when you need them for any help with your account and site, and they are always quick to solve the situation and keep you updated with their progress. The site we have is super user friendly and has recently had a colour scheme change to match coporate colours thanks to LP! As an administrator, I love the ease of creating course pages and editing them to match our themes. Everything is so user-friendly for both 'students' and myself as the administrator. There isn't anything that I dislike about Learning Pool, nothing I can mention as a negative point, fault or flaw. Of course pricing is always on everyone's list as everyone in the world wants the best product for the littlest price. The ease of use, it is very easy for our support workers to access and complete, as alot of staff use their phones for their manadatory training which LP allow unlike our last provider, meaning more time for SWs to complete as had to arrange time to come into the office. When an organisation continues to win round after round of competitive tenders, with different colleagues on each panel, they must be doing something right.
Over the last three years, Learning Pool has become a most competent of trusted learning content learning partners. They are able to take the most difficult and challenging of content and effortlessly transform it into engaging digital content that resonates with the learners and gets translated into action on the job. Learning Pool supply us with a Learning Management System that meets the needs of our very diverse workforce. Its ease of use makes it ideal for our users who have varying levels of IT skills.
Learning Pool are continually developing new plugins for the site whic have made life so much easier for us as site managers and for our users.

Since we first started working with Learning Pool, I have liked the way that it has teams available to help set up new products once we have been access to them. For example, when we first worked with Adapt, Stream and Learning Locker we had a dedicated team to help us learn the ropes of each piece of software and get them set up to our requirements. - Great support from Account Executives we have worked with over the years has helped to continually improve the offering we are able to give our learners.
- System is adaptable enoug to use in various ways (we use as a multi-tennant site with ring-fenced learning for individual client needs).
- Administering and creating the framework is straight-forward with a reasonable learning curve.

There are certain blocks and site assets that would be improved if there was a little more control over their appearance and settings.
