Stevanie at LeanData! I reached out for help in understanding our existing setup (as it's something I inherited) and she was SO helpful. She came to our call having already reviewed our flows and provided many great improvement recommendations.
LeanData allows us to automate SO many processes. To name a few: converting leads to contacts, checking for dupes when new leads are generated, creating records to match new leads generated (after checking to see if account already exists in SF), automatically populating opportunities when specific trigger criteria is met... and we're just getting started.
Random fun fact: I love that you can customer label and COLOR nodes in your flows. The color coding is a great visual aid when making changes to logic; additionally, the customer node labeling gives you the ability to easliy decipher audit logs to see what paths records took in your flows. It is odd that you can only have ONE flow active per record type. Although I did learn that you can have various entry points and "islands" of actions. 🤷🏻♀️ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From a Salesforce Admin's perspective, the drag/drop routers are very similar to Flow. The graphs allow you to build complex automation with plenty of if/then variables to ensure leads or contacts are routed to the right people at the right time. Easy to build, but leaves plenty of room to expand as your usecase demands.
I've implemented the tool twice in the last 6yrs; the increased functionality between those periods is night and day. Plenty of knowledge articles, and their Admin exam reinforces the core functionality very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like any automation, it's up to the stakeholder and admin to review and maintain. The graphs allow for lots of flexibility, but a 'debug' mode would be a huge help to see how a record runs through the current state in real time, allowing you to inutitively see successes/failures - not just rely on the routing insights to see a cumulitive view of records. The ease of implementation was amazing. Always felt fully supported throughout the whole process. I use LeanData daily and have been very impressed with the continuous number of new features which opens the doors for process improvements - all boiling down to the best speed to lead times possible.
Setting up/editing the routers in the platform is also extremely easy, love the visual aspect of it in comparison to other competitors. Lastly, the number of integrations LeanData has ensures you can integrate routing functions with a variety of tech stack tools (Ex. MS Teams, Slack, Outreach, Groove, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally when editing the router, an error message will pop up after a while that prevents me from saving any of my edit progress. I am then ultimately forced to close and reopen the graph which then defaults to the point of the most recent save. Super frustrating to have to re-do any edits that were unsaved.
Easy workaround for this is to save your graph while editing every 5-10min. While this issue is not frequent, it is unpredictable in terms of when it will happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've worked with a few different routing tools and LeanData is has been been the strongest tool I've had the opportunity to use. I have had the opportunity to both implement LeanData and migrate from another routing tool, and I have also inherited existing LeanData flows created by another user. I like the visualization of the platform - my mind works best when I can actually see the workflow. The number of nodes is expansive and the way it's able to reference multiple object relationships is fantastic.
I appreciate that the LD product team is constantly working to improve both the tools functionality and the user experience. The recent release of snippets and being able to retrigger routing through the routing log instead of having to run a one-time router through the scheduler is a big efficiency for my team. They've made a lot of changes over the last few years and I find an impactful improvement in most of their releases. Territory routing is pretty easy to understand as are setting up round robin pools.
My team and I are in the tool daily. Routing is a living, breathing model, regardless of the solution you use, and the audit log makes it very easy to understand why a record did or didn't route the way it did.
I've been through a few LD integrations. I have had different experiences, but overall I find that the PM assigned to the project does a good job at keeping the project on track. The LD team will help build your model if that's what you prefer and they do help with testing as well.
I've also had different experiences with LD support but for the most part they are quick to resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This isn't LeanData specific, but routing can get overcomplicated pretty easily, and sometimes following the complexities within the flow can be difficult. I do wish that there was an easier way to compartmentalize more complex sections of our router. Currently you can only have one live flow. I'd like it if I could break out different parts of our flow into different graphs and request those graphs through a parent graph instead of having everything live on a similar graph.
I do wish there was a way to organize the content within the different sections, for example if we were able to create folders and archive older routing models instead of having them all displayed in one area.
None of my wish list items impact the tools functionality. I have no qualms with the functionality of the router itself.
In transparency, there was once a bug within the tool that incorrectly merged 900 records within our Salesforce. The data isn't backed up in a server, so pulling the records apart was very difficult, if not impossible for some records. This was a one-off but it did happen. Ease of use for SDR/BDR leadership
ability to set up pools, capacity, re routing, vacation coverage, flexibility on holidays and work days
If you have any sort of complication for ICP, products, size, regions etc makes it a breeze
very smart matching when end user doesn't provide corporate email or to help with parent child acconts across regions
Implemnted at one company and used at two
Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs help to scale routing
Integeration with slack is critical for not only employee workflow but audits, leadership insight and cross functional collaboration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More 1:1 time with CSM but understand that is dependant on organization size Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i have been trained on lean just 2 months back so far my experince with lean data has been amazing. It changed my life for better , now i do not struggle with lead routing. Manual task of converting leads to contacts and checking duplicates was killing alot of my work time. Thank you Leandata for easing my job. I love vacation option for lead routing when any sales rep is away on vacation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far i have not encounterd anything wrong with leandata. It is amazing and has eased my job alot. There is noting so far i dislike about leandata. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how incredibility flexible and adaptable the tool is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was an easier way to test it without loading it fully into production and testing with real accounts, leads, and contacts. There's an option to install it into a sandbox, but that's not available for all plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very well laid out with options and settings where I would expect to find them.
Decipitevely powerful.
Fast and reliable; I have not encountered any issues while using it and it is used frequently. It is so relaible that there has been no need for me to contact Customer Support yet.
Not only is it easy to set up and beging builiding but it integrates with the main objects seemlessly.
Excellent analytic and debug tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the flow builder menus were click to open rather than a hover. But this is a minor quible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The improvement that LeanData provided to us as an organization via it's matching logic in terms of both the list match analyzer, and the overall routing is just incredible. It helped us clean up our data to ensure contacts matched the correct accounts all the while lessening our overall lead handling turn around time. No leads are getting left on the table, our database is cleaner and with the list analyzer... Our pre-show trade show preparation has been streamlined almost overnight. The only issues I've had with LD is that there are really no direct integrations with HR software to ensure PTO can match up, thus the routing of records is paused while employess are not in office. Additionally, I would like to see some more flexibility with Account and opportunity graphs being able to read other Salesforce objects. I think those graphs are great, but I often have to built routing in all three graphs (contact/account and opportunity) for Customer Success type routing thus it makes it quite a bit to manage. LeanData matching & routing tools are extremely user friendly, with a fantastic layout which enables easy troubleshooting and udpating.
Their onboarding process was supported & guided, and ensured we got the most out of our implementation in the quickest time possible.
The ability to integrate the rest of our Stack to optimise the lead flow proecss has been really benefical to us - with Slack bringing immediate benefit.
The Customer Support function is the shining light though - they are fast, clear communicators who will guide you to a fix quickly or escalate to the responsive Engineering team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am struggling to find anything I dislike about LeanData as they have always brought out new developments / features for anything we found to be 'missing' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
