LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM Pros and Cons

I have been using leadsquared for a year for one of my client for lead manangement & it has been really amazing CRM to use. With Ease of use and proper lead management. We get all details of lead stages and history in the CRM. Customer Support has been really good for the CRM. Easy to Implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it crash down and takes more time to load the data in the CRM. Duplicate leads are sometimes not updated properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

leadsquare is one of the bet oen stop solution for managing leads and managing data of clients and can prodive extensive information about clients requirements and stages of client.

Earilier I was working with Excel, so lots of tasks were missed and I was not able to do follow-ups on time. I was losing the potential closures, but lead squared solved all this.

LSQ have to work on the mobile application. There many bugs.

The best part about LSQ is the interface , the user interface is soo good that everything will be available at your convenience. The Advance search and saved filters is a feature which will enhance the sales representative productivity.
