Lead squared gives us a Platform for managing our Leads. It gives us a Best Experience for managing our Leads. I am using this CRM software last 2 yrs. Multiple Task Facility. Site visit Task, General Meeting Task, Invitation Task, Call Reminder etc. Also we can find any particular lead with just using Advance Filter Search. Single Platform for managing all our sales leads in a Professional Way. Call facility also inbuilt. Easy to implement. Good Customer Support chat box. You can Easily Find activity History, Lead Details, Lead Age etc. Daily Using easy to use. Integrated with Tata Dialer. Mobile CRM provides good support to Sales Team. 1. They start small but it's very complex and old system

2. Their Automation fail frequently.

3. There are a lot of bugs and when reported it takes years to fix it once it get fixed new one pop up

I have been using leadsquared for a year for one of my client for lead manangement & it has been really amazing CRM to use. With Ease of use and proper lead management. We get all details of lead stages and history in the CRM. Customer Support has been really good for the CRM. Easy to Implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it crash down and takes more time to load the data in the CRM. Duplicate leads are sometimes not updated properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM?

Earilier I was working with Excel, so lots of tasks were missed and I was not able to do follow-ups on time. I was losing the potential closures, but lead squared solved all this.

I got the talktime report I want to check daily, weekly, monthly, and years as well, but earlier was not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LSQ have to work on the mobile application. There many bugs.

We can't copy the data beacuse it's encrypted. I have to download the dump data everytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Proper lead management, lack of delay on follow-ups. 

Getting reminders for the priority leads.

The best part about LSQ is the interface , the user interface is soo good that everything will be available at your convenience. The Advance search and saved filters is a feature which will enhance the sales representative productivity. There are lot other features like activity management , source analysis,managing leads etc.The LSQ team offers a top notch support and training whenever required as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
