What do you like best about LeadsBridge?

Simple to use

So many integration points

What do you like best about LeadsBridge?

Gets the job done perfectly, easy to setup and use. We have never had any issues and it has helped us in integrating our leads to all our CRM systems.a Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadsBridge?

The pricing packages on offer are too extreme tier-wise. For example, it jumps from 1500 leads and 6 bridges to 4000 leads and 15 bridges. That’s more than double and is unnecessarily costly for people that don’t want such an increase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadsBridge?

It is easy to intergate accounts and create bridges. I can easily get my Facebook leads into my CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadsBridge?

It has an interface that's arguably better than Zapier. The integrations and audience sync are amazing and much easier to set up than it'd be on Zapier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadsBridge?

Pricing is high comparing to zapier but most businesses will need LeadsBridge depending on the CRM and Marketing platforms they use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadsBridge?

Nothing just way to many failures, and rediculous cancel procedures Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadsBridge?

I couldnt log into my account due to a failure i then wrote them that i wanted to cancel, but they would only let me cancel through my account which i couldnt access so i first had to make them fix the account, then i had to go through a 5 STEP cancel where it multiple times seemed like the cancel was confirmed but i needed to approve it one more time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadsBridge?

We love that you can connect Facebook Lead Form ads to pretty much any destination our clients need - Mail Chimp, Infusionsoft, a direct email notification to their inbox and even a Google Sheet with just a few clicks.

What do you like best about LeadsBridge?

Not too much. In a whole year I couldn't use any feature at it's full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadsBridge?

Leads Bridge doesn't make any bridge, in the process of using this I had to use another tool like Integromat every single time. The sync options to any CRM is really limited, it won't give you any options to include a custom field, even the default fields won't work in Zoho or SuiteCRM (SugarCRM). Is just so basic and lacks so many options that is just unusable. After contacting the team support for a refund or just to be sure that I won't be charged at the end of my first year they just cancelled my account and didn't make any refund.

So, I just lost 3 months of service (I was using one bridge, the other 4 bridges are working on Integromat), I have to fix that last bridge right now.

So...yeah, I lost time, I lost money, I lost 3 months of services with nothing in exchange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadsBridge?

What We like best about LeadsBridge is that the bridges and emails are being sent to our clients in real time. In the automotive industry, you need to act on every lead fast and leadsbridge helps our clients be able to achieve that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
