I would love to see a way to mark a conversation as "unread" or "needs attention" when one team member reads a new message in a chat but is not able to take care of the response. I would also love to have an audible notice on new messages added to the program for use on a desktop pc. Leadferno allows us to receive text leads and quickly respond. That results in more closed sales. It has also dramatically improved our communication with existing customers. The ability to take a team approach to sending and receiving texts has allowed our customers to be able to text their technician directly, while allowing the technician to focus on their work, not their phone constantly. No tool is perfect. However, Leadferno has been a great solution, the best we’ve seen on the market for our situation. Joel and team have been awesome at taking care of any and all problems we’ve had. If we have a feature request, we feel we’ve been heard, and even if it doesn’t get built right away, it is considered and added if Leadferno feels it would benefit their customers. Great service that enables our sales team to close more sales and respond to our customers where they are. We used to use a live chat application but so often our leads would leave the site or close the chat prior to our response. When that happened our response was emailed to them and rarely replied to. With texting our leads and customers can go about their day and we can chat all throughout the day.
We have already closed 2 new deals in under a week and have been able to help 12+ current customers get quick answers.

I would love it if the desktop version gave me a "PING" or something to alert me of a new message. The app on my phone does a good job with push notifications so I don't miss anything. People seem to be more willing to text us than to reach out by phone or email. We're in real estate, and a real estate transaction is a long-term process. It happens over the course of weeks, at minimum, and usually several months. Leadferno makes it really easy for the buyer or seller to begin a conversation, and then makes it easy for all of us to continue the conversation over time. All the messages live right in the client's main texting app on their phone -- nothing new for them to download, install, or learn. And for us, it's easy to manage all the conversations from the Leadferno app.
As soon as we added Leadferno to our website, new leads started using it to ask questions about homes for sale, about our availability to help them buy or sell a home, or about something they read on our blog. Within the first 3-4 months, we had equaled our total number of web leads for the entire previous year. Right now, almost near year's end, our web leads are up 240% compared to last year -- and we have a historically good lead gen site. More importantly than leads is that these are serious buyers and sellers. We've added almost $60K in commission income directly from clients whose initial contact was through Leadferno. At this point, nothing. We were pretty early users from what I understand. In the beginning, we were frustrated with how often the app forced you to re-login. Leadferno has been a game-changer for us. We do a lot of communication via email and there is always that day or two lag time between getting the answers you need but when customers have a simple question that they can't just pick up the phone and call to ask they text us. We are getting almost immediate response time. Which then helps us get our customer's questions taken care of more quickly. It has also helped us be able to communicate with our customers when it comes to their recycling pick-ups. A lot have expressed in the past wanting a confirmation text which before we did not have and now we can do it within a short time and the customers are loving the reminder! Also Leadfernos customer support/service it outstanding! We had a couple of suggestions for them after using it for a week and they took our suggestions and ran with them and made those suggestions happen! I cant say that there is anything that I dislike. One thing that I didn't like at first was when assigning leads to co-workers you never knew who took that lead. Hence, you had to go in and click on it but after making a suggestion to there team, they made it so that you get a notification on your desktop and or app when a lead is assigned to someone so you know who is taking care of it which is super nice and helpful!
