What do you like best about LeadDesk?

It is very easy to use and saves so much time as we can you use auto dialer mode of this tool. It increase call count so that we can connect with so many new clients in a single day. What do you like best about LeadDesk?

This platform provides great platform to organise outbound calls and service. Helps in providing high definition voices over calls while contacting the customers. What do you like best about LeadDesk?

What do you like best about LeadDesk?

It has significantly streamlined out lead Management process. This software has proven it Self to be valued tool for our sales team, and I'm satisfied with the performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support response time his poor which is frustrating for business relying heavily on the software for their operations. And mobile apps latest update should be improved it's UI is not at all friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadDesk?

This software makes 'sales call handling' very easy, because of its user-friendly interface, new users adopt this easily. With the help of its auto dialer mode, the caller can increase his call count and generate more revenue for the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although I like all its features, yes I would definitely like to say that its mobile functionality can be improved a bit more. With the increase in mobile functionality, users will be able to use it better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadDesk?

The reporting tools are especially important to us because of the increasing need for insight and measurment of different KPIs and/or OKR. These are important factors to be competetive in the increasingly hyper-competetive climate that is direct sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had some difficulties with low-sound and crackling due to servers issues.

Regards to the toughness of doing specific changes to setups. We hear you. While LeadDesk gives the admins the possibility to create and manage almost everything by themselves, finding some specific seldom used settings might require some searching.
