Regards to the toughness of doing specific changes to setups. We hear you. While LeadDesk gives the admins the possibility to create and manage almost everything by themselves, finding some specific seldom used settings might require some searching.

It is very easy to use and saves so much time as we can you use auto dialer mode of this tool. It increase call count so that we can connect with so many new clients in a single day. In our company, our primary profile is sales and we need to connect so many clients in a day to generate leads and with the help of leaddesk it is become easier to conncet with client as in this tool we can find the auto dialer mode so we can conncet so many clients in a day. Also, we can track the outbound calls. As we can conncet so many clients in a day so it will helps to increase the lead generation and make our work easier and effective. What do you like best about LeadDesk?

The reporting tools are especially important to us because of the increasing need for insight and measurment of different KPIs and/or OKR. These are important factors to be competetive in the increasingly hyper-competetive climate that is direct sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had some difficulties with low-sound and crackling due to servers issues.

Recommendations to others considering LeadDesk:

KPI, OKR's etc is becmoning increasingly more important to be competetive in any market. Most markets are becoming hyper-competetive. With LeadDesk you will have the right reporting tools to measure the key point indicators needed to make changes to your business.

Also LeadDesk' key account managers and IT support are really easy to deal with. They will guide you and dont get annoyed when your lack of computer knowledge shines bright :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
