"Powerful Customer Insights with Seamless Pipedrive CRM Integration"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

The thing I like best about Lead Forensics is the ability to gain insight on what products, business, and tools our customer is most interested in. With Lead Forensics I've also been able to easily integrate the data captured from Lead Forensics into our CRM system, Pipedrive where our sales team can also easily review this data and reach out to customers. I've also enjoyed the automated emails that give you a snapshot of customer visits as well as the ability to categorise everything super easily. As well, Joe, our account manager for Mistral Group, is fantastic and super helpful on every success review call or any additional questions we may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

What I dislike is when you first integrate the data within Lead Forensics to Pipedrive, you need to manually push it through although this only happens once and once it's pushed through you don't need to do it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Business Growth and Lead Identification"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Without lead forensics, I would not be able to identify who is visiting my website and not following through. After using it, I now find it almost an essential tool in my toolbox as a Group Business Development Manager. There are many industries we do not currently serve as a business but we are slowly starting to see prospects from new industries we are now aiming to break into which is a promising sign we are looking in the right areas. I also have experience of using Lead Forensics as an outreach tool to collect relevant contact details of key decision makers and have successfully won work and built relationships through this method. Very easy to implement and get up and running. We have a lot of member within the company who are not familiar with this kind of software and they have managed to build a good understanding of how it works and also use it daily. I use it very frequently too, definitely on a daily, or every two days basis. I like that it can integrate into other platforms such as CRM systems. Since I'm currently building a CRM system, I'm looking to use Lead Forensics as a lead collector and then import the leads into the CRM system via a trigger report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

The only downsides I've found is that the layout isn't the cleanest or most intuitive. The webpage looks a little bit outdated, though it is still functional once you spend time identifying where certain reports are or learning what the name of certain things are such as trigger reports (which our account manager helped me out with when i didn't understand it.) Sometimes I have used credits to get contact details but when attempting to email these contacts I get a bounce back email and lose my credit as the email is no longer in use. I'm not sure where the emails are extracted from but sometimes they don't work. It would be a good idea to allow direct integration rather than the use of middleware with some CRM systems such as Monday.com as there is no direct option here. "Turning Website Traffic Into Leads"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

From a marketing perspective, Lead Forensics is incredibly valuable for understanding our audience at a deeper level. It allows us to see exactly which businesses are visiting our website, what pages or resources they engage with, and how they move through our content. It also helps us prioritise high-potential leads, tailor follow-up campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of our content in driving interest. Essentially, it bridges the gap between anonymous website traffic and actionable marketing intelligence, allowing us to convert more visitors into engaged prospects and ultimately, customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

There are a few areas where the platform could be even more useful:

It would be great to have the ability to map out key contacts within those businesses that we should be approaching.

Increasing the percentage of businesses we can track would improve our coverage and insights.

Some guidance on actionable next steps after identifying leads would make the tool even more effective for sales follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Insightful Visitor Tracking with Great Customization"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I like the reports that can be set up with Lead Forensics, as they provide a nice, concise daily summary detailing which organizations have visited our website, how long they stayed, and the pages they've visited. I also appreciate that these reports can be tailored to gather the precise data we want to track for our product-market fit organizations. Additionally, I like how Lead Forensics can be integrated with our CRM, which automates processes, allowing our sales team to instantly access the data they need without delay. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to our amazing Customer Success Manager, Jaycee, who simplified the process and showed us how to get the best out of all the features Lead Forensics offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

For some of our team, they initially found Lead Forensics a bit confusing and felt that the interface was a bit slow at times. They struggled to understand certain features, but this has improved the more time our team has used Lead Forensics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lead Generation Powerhouse with Insightful Features"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I like Lead Forensics for its ability to track prospects and the insights it gives me. It's really helpful to see when they looked at my website, where they looked, and what keywords they used. This information really helps me make directed and detailed messages since I know what prospects want and need. Also, the customer success managers are great; they help broaden my knowledge of the program and make understanding it easier. The initial setup was very good, thanks to their customer success department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Invaluable Real-Time Website Visitor Insights for Smarter Outreach"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Fantastic, real-time monitoring of website traffic. The information provided (visitor company, number of employees, pages visited and how long spent on each) is invaluable when making contact with the potential customer. You already know what they are researching and with what they need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

The leads are a little less valuable for larger companies (through no fault of Lead Forensics). It is not too difficult to find the correct contact in a small(ish) company but can be very difficult in a company of 500+ people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use with Valuable Visitor Insights and Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics is incredibly easy to use and navigate, making it simple to access the insights we need. We consistently receive excellent support from our customer account manager, who provides proactive communication and guidance whenever we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

There have been a couple of occasions where changes to status settings weren’t being retained. However, this was only a minor issue and was resolved quickly once raised, so it hasn’t impacted our overall experience with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lead Forensics has given us amazing insights we wouldn't go back!"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I love that Lead Forensics gives us insights of who is visiting our website, that may not already be in business or contact with us. It gives us the opportunity to approach those leads instead of waiting for them to contact us! Our customer success manager Lottie has been nothing but a breath of fresh air. She has really been the biggest help when joining Lead Forensics and has made the integration so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I haven't come across any dislikes since working with Lead Forensics. I would say there are some challenges, such as; approaching those customers without sounding like we are 'watching' them, but there are top tips and webinars to use as guidance, as well as the help of your customer success manager. The system is very easy to use and gives you plenty of information to help you find and contact potential business. If you do happen to have any issues or questions, Their support staff is top notch. My contact is Megan, and she has been extremely helpful and present. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I don't have much I dislike about the system. if i could ask for one thing, it may be making it smoother to remove visitors you know are not true leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Phenomenal Support with Intuitive Dashboards"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I think the support has been amazing. The dashboards are easy to navigate, and everything is clearly laid out. Navigating the Lead Forensics dashboard very easy and seamless, and the support is amazing. I love that you can see who's been visiting your website, how many clicks they've had, and you also get a list of contacts by using your credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

The main problem we find is actually getting people to engage with the emails that they receive every day. It is a case of having a lot of information but that's an in-house problem that we just need to train our staff to use it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
