LawVu streamlines our intake and workflow operations. It also creates a useful and easy to access historical record of matters and contracts. The key date reminders and reporting functions are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our Legal Team uses LawVu everyday and our non-legal employees use it frequently as well. LawVu provides a central location to track and manage our legal work. From the ability to track communications, store relevant files, manage contract versions, view what contracts are pending, and a host of other features, LawVu makes it simple and easy for our in-house counsel team to handle its wide-variety of legal tasks. Additionally, if you run into system issues, you are able to immediately on-line chat with a live person who is pleasant and knowledgeable about the LawVu system. Legal is not the only one who likes LawVu, but our IT teams likes it due its robust data security and permission features. Finally, LawVu not only had a dedicated team that worked with us in implementing this software, but LawVu is able to integrate with a number of other software services, such as DocuSign and MicroSoft Power Automate. However, please note that, as with any software, a successful implemntation requires work on the part of the customer; the more work the customer is able to put in, the better the outcome will be. It helps log all emails, documents, and files in one platform. The search function is also very easy to use - quickly picks up any phrase/ word from any clause/ file name/ or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would be even better if there is a mobile app version which I can use on my tablet or phone when I am on the go.

LawVu is always listening to their customer's needs. We have had previous matter management systems where we have submitted product enhancement requests but nothing was ever implement. LawVu actually listens to what their customer needs/wants and is constantly improving and updating their software accordingly. The system is very user friendly, we have postive response from our outside counsel for submitting invoices, and we love how customizeable their system is to fit our needs! LawVu has some great features but I would like to see their grid view to have more enhanced filtering features and the abilty when exporting the grid to view to a formatted .pdf report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User interface is much better than most other products I've used. This is true both for creating and tracking matters as well as for managing settings like permissions/notifications. It's gotten immediate uptake in use from our team. Integrations (SSO, Microsoft products) work really well with fewer bugs/crashes than other products I've used.
