What do you like best about Laudable?

What makes Laudable stand out is definitely its ease of use and the quality it provides without breaking the bank. Despite working with a non-profit budget, we've been able to share our messages effectively and professionally. Specifically, I appreciate that Laudable's platform is user-friendly enough to let us provide input in the editing process and grab any specific parts of an interview that we want to emphasize. Our main challenge was gathering and sharing stories in video format from workers twhowent through training programs. With Laudable, we were able to solve this problem and started identifying the most impactful stories. Laudable empowers people to film their success story, through the support of the production team, making it seamless to capture audience testimonials without having to pay for a film and production crew.The resulting video content has now become an important part of our daily engagements, especially since we learned just how much our audience loves it. One unexpected benefit has been how closely we can now connect with our audience. By talking to the workers and hearing their stories, we've gained invaluable insights into their needs and seen firsthand the impact of our work, thanks to Laudable. What do you like best about Laudable?

Laudable helps surfacing great customer quotes easier, which means less work for me when creating social proof content for our social and communications initiatives.

Laudable has been an awesome resource for competitive research and understanding pain points better. It gives me quick insights and helps me figure out which calls to listen to for research. What do you like best about Laudable?

The best part about Laudable is by far the team I worked with throughout the process! Angela and Ryan were phenomenal at coming up with a plan based on my company's strategy, and Julie was fantastic at getting the perfect soundclips during the interview and making sure the interviewee was comfortable. I felt like the Laudable team really cared about me as a person, as well as my company's partnership. They responded quickly to any questions/concerns my team had throughout the interview and video development process. They even helped us out on a last minute project with a quick turnaround. The platform offers some great benefits, such as the ability to pull micro-case studies out of completed videos, and housed all of our raw interview content. It is a great cost-effective alternative to a PDF case study, particularly for social sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Laudable?

The only minor downside to Laudable that I've seen is that the video feedback from my team was sometimes the same, which could be frustrating at times. I suggest that Laudable keep track of the video feedback they've gotten from a partner, so that the videos' general branding/font/style could remain consistent without needing that additional feedback. What problems is Laudable solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a cost-effective solution for customer videos. Our content team didn't have the bandwidth to create them; if they did, it took a long time to create a video and used a lot of budget. Laudable not only has masterful interviewers who can get to the purpose of the video, but they can produce a finished video in a much shorter timeframe than we could; with Laudable, we were able to complete around 8 videos in 6 months! What do you like best about Laudable?

Laudable has customer storytelling down to a fine art. Their platform and team have made it incredibly easy to create case study videos, snippets, short vids for social and generate customer content we can embed into all of our materials when we go to market.

The platform —still in its early stages— is already a powerful and useful tool, but for me it's the Laudable team that makes the difference. Their guidance, engagement, support, and humour has made working with Laudable a tremendous experience. I treat them as internal colleagues and always trust them, even with our top customers. Working with such a wonderful and helpful team is rare, especially in B2B SaaS.

Simply put, Laudable has been a game-changer. It makes my life as a Content Marketer remarkably easy, continues to deliver huge value for us, and keeps our customers happy throughout the case study process. I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the platform is still going through teething issues, there are a few glitches and bugs to iron out—though nothing major at this stage. What do you like best about Laudable?

For marketing teams with a lot to do, but not a lot of people to do it, Laudable is a great service for quickly creating powerful customer testimonial videos. Laudable manages every step of the video creation process for us. We just tell them who we want to be interviewed and the basic messages we want to express and they handle the rest.
