I love that my non-profit organization can share access via a business account. We have security and piece of mind to safely and easily keep our accounts secure even though our team is scattered throughout multiple regions and time zones.
I also love that this was easy to set up and implement for a number of NON-TECHNICAL users. If they need access to a given account/password, we can quickly move that username/password to a shared folder for them. This was extremely easy to integrate to our workflow.
I'm also a huge fan of the password generator, which immediately adds the suggested password to my vault when I update a password or create a new count.
Finally, the ability to share (and quickly update) a stored credit card number for business use is something that I love. I use it at least once a week, and it was super easy for our staff to update the CC number when a new card was received without having to reach out to a number of volunteers (again, across the country) that all need to have access to the card number on demand. I have not encountered anything I dislike yet. We haven't yet had an issue where someone's shared access needs revoked and their access immediately deleted. That could be a potential pain point, but I'm not entirely sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LastPass securely stores and autofills my passwords for me on any device and platform. For instance, I managed over 50 login credentials for work and personal accounts with it, and the password generator feature made creating strong, unique passwords a breeze. The secure sharing feature rocks for sharing access with trusted team members, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Free version is very limited (especially on mobile devices) and premium plans seem pricey for individual users. The interface is practical, but it could be more modern and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of things I like about LastPass including:
Quickfill of passwords at saved login pages
Automatic learning of new passwords as you log in for the first time
Secure auto-fill of credit card info when making purchases
Options to have it create secure passwords to your specifications (number of characters, types of characters, etc.)
Checks for re-used passwords and gives you options to update them
One Master Password to remember to grant you access to your vault
LastPass has allowed me to stop thumbing through pages of passwords I kept in a file folder whenever I needed to log in somewhere. After all, it's very risky always to have the same password that's easy to remember for every site you use. That was always a huge frustration but now I have different passwords for everything, I don't have to remember them, they are secure, and I can use them easily. Life is easier with LastPass. On rare occasions, the auto-fill is slow but I think that is more a problem with the browser and/or internet being sluggish at that moment.
On the mobile app, I need to enter my Master Password more often than I would like. I use facial recognition but still have to use the MP about every 4-5 days. I think it is supposed to be every month so I don't know what is wrong. But I appreciate the role the MP plays so I don't complain much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve been using LastPass for several years to manage both personal and staff passwords. Its password generation and storage capabilities have consistently delivered a great experience. The platform is intuitive and works seamlessly across devices. Additionally, the 2FA functionality provides a robust layer of security, which I greatly value. The business edition’s inclusion of token generation functionality is another standout feature that sets it apart from other solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Android app is helpful but somewhat limited due to Android OS restrictions and older grandfathered features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about LastPass is that it securely stores and manages passwords across multiple clients, making my workflow more efficient. Features like password sharing, autofill, and multi-factor authentication are valuable given my responsibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about LastPass is that it has had data breaches in the past, which could be a red flag given your work with sensitive financial information. If you manage multiple client accounts, LastPass’s sharing system might not be as seamless as you'd like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Last Pass is a great password manager tool for a busy IT department or any department as a matter of fact. Have passwords all over the place? Have passwords on an unsecure spread sheet? Look no further. The nice part about Last Pass is it keeps track and updates the passwords as you go. I could not do my job without it. We also use secure notes and credit card storage for our corperate credit cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really no obvious downside to using Last Pass. I will say sometimes editing a secure note or a passwrd can be tricky especially if its shared by another person, which then forces your to recreate the entry so that you can edit it on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that LastPass interface is user-intuitive and easy to use. I like the clean and simple design. I used another password manager app one time in the past and I was very annoyed with its clunky design and interface. I have used LastPass for several years now and I'm pretty happy with it. It makes my life easier (no more writing down passwords or coming up with one!) and I feel a lot more secure being online. I use it every day and I can't imagine not having LastPass. It's very helpful that I can enter passwords easily on Chrome without opening up the vault and that it gives me a popup to save the new logins for new sites. It's pretty seamless to use on my laptop. I wished it worked app to app on mobile. It is a little cumbersome to have to open up the LastPass app each time I need to enter a password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most useful thing we find as a small IT department is that we can share system passwords among the admins. When one has to change (for example, policy dictates a new password every 90 days) we don't need to let everyone know, LastPass updates the stored & shared password. When we have more than one login to the same system (such as a regular user account and an admin account), you just have to pay attention because the form autofill doesn't know which one you're planning to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lastpass is a great tool to help streamline security and makes recallimg passwords so much easier. I am able to take it with me where ever I go, from home, work, school, camping, vacation.. you name it, lastpass has me covered. Best of all its extremely affordable and user friendly. I have been using lastpass for close to 10 years and I do not see myself changing to anything else. Love the Lastpass! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I actually have zero features that I dislike. Its honestly super easy to use and i feel secure knowing my passwords are safe! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use it everyday as it makes applying and saving password so much easier. I believe the passwords are secure. Saves me a lot of time. It works well on my browsers and syncs properly on my phone. It has save me a lot of time as I do not have to search my passwords and helped me made my passwords more stronger. It is also easy to add it on my browsers and my phone. I also love the feature dark web monitoring which checks if any of my saved credentials are compromised.
I administer in in my workplace, it was very easy to implement to multiple users and SSO with Microsoft Entra ID is Also the customer support is very helpful and prompt to reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't work well with my andriod phone as it takes over when I am searching for password which is not in Lastpass. Also sometimes copy, paste doesn't work in the browser version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
