The features which I find best of Lark are as follows -
1. From my onboarding experience I can surely say that its very easy to integrate in your custom workflows regardless the type of business. The UI is also commendable and very friendly to use. The security is also top notch in lark as there is safe sharing of documents, messages in teams and other individuals.
2. I find the dashboard to be well designed, It perfectly consists of group chats, private messages and calender assistant so one doesn't need to navigate through various tabs. The team collaboration features are recommended and are fairly great.
3. The free plan is really enticing. Unlike other platforms who don't provide full features or just provide the basic one, Lark allows up to 50 users. It is available for both the mobile and on the web and is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The features on which Lark needs to be improved are as follows -
1. Although the dashboard has all the basic features at display. I found that when you require specific tools for unique tasks one may have to delve in and search through various tuitorials to achieve the end result.
2. I believe that its 200gb storage is not enough if you operate a large scale enterprise. Because hundreds of mails and messages would take over the entire cloud storage.
3. I think as its a new product it will take more updates to make it more free of bugs and glitches as you can spot some like when logging in and using the calender. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lark is a very useful tool for workplaces. It's filled with useful features such as video meetings, chat, email, and much more. We use it daily at my company, and it is incredibly useful. It was very easy to implement at our workplace. The customer support is good, and they are very helpful. It took us only around 2 days to set it up in full, and it made our workplace much better. Some of the documentation is exclusively available in Chinese, which makes some problems take longer to fix. Also, one of their documentation pages say they provide an ADFS integration, but I am struggling to find any other mention of it or a setup guide. Also, the web interface is lacking some major features (like the forced signature in Lark Mail). Overall, all of these issues are minute when compared to the positives of using Lark. Ive been used Lark, what i loved about it:
1. Literally SuperApp! you can do anything here, meeting, chat planning, docs, spreadsheet, cloud storage. all in you can get with great price.
2. Amazing Possibility with lark "base" feature. you can do anything, with any table, you even can make CRM app in Lark.
3. Lark available in many ecosystem, mac, windows, phone, and also apple.
4. Great usability. You can work together with your colleague in this app
5. in app vido conference tools. for you company who online meet frequently, this feature helps you save a lot of money.
6. Great chat feature. the chat feature is well built. it looks fun with many emojis. although we could share almost everything there.

I like how Lark integrates all the functions together and makes itself a one-stop-for-all collaboration tool.
