There is no way to create radius circles fixed on a point. You can put a map in only one folder. The mobile tracking feature is limited. Many times I use the "tour" feature to walk a marked perimeter and convert it to a line or polygon to get an area measurement, but the feature is cumbersome. I would like to see an automatic perimeter based off of GPS, from start to stop tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
