MapRight is a cool and effective application for creating maps which provide all the details and at the same time are visually attractive. I am fascinated with the feature of the maps that ones can add icons, labels and even tends to provide 360-degree view easily. Such limited functions are one of the drawbacks of the MapRight mobile app as contrasted with the application for desktop. One major drawback is the confusion surrounding the lot statuses. Accessing information such as parcel size, APNs (Assessor Parcel Numbers), and owner details are crucial for decision making.
