I am a new user on LGM. I have been onboarded quickly and was reassured to be able to ask questions as I went along. Customer service is responsive and very thorough in its answers.

Nothing. I've been using the tool for more than two years. In the beginning, they lacked some points, such as OOO notification follow-up, leads labeling, and central messaging ... but over time, their tech/product team has improved the product, and they are constantly seeking innovations. LGM helps our small GTM team punch above its weight in prospecting. Linkedin is a tedious and time consuming, yet effective medium to reach out to potential users and customers. LGM has saved us countless hours, likely hundreds and counting. Linkedin prospecting cannot scale infinitely, but LGM lets you scale the most of the tools we evaluated. It is for prospect research, data enrichment, and centralization of messages in one place that we initially chose LGM. Their onboarding is also a real help, as they constantly share their expertise to improve our outbound call strategy. We always have an open discussion thread to address growth-related topics, so the onboarding never really stops :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data retrieval from all sources may have been a reliability issue, and having many different accounts and campaigns, we struggled to clearly interpret the results. Nevertheless, we were among the first LGM clients, and the analytics part has been significantly improved and completed to be performed directly from the tool!
