I liked the tool to gather friends and study; it's great to have a place that can simulate like we're all together.
Being able to set up your own office is very interesting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At first, finding the best combination for your office can be challenging, but after a while, you get used to it. I could share files and create groups in the chat, so I wouldn't need to use multiple software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to customize my own space, so it allows me, as working for a remote company, to show a little bit of my personality and to see the same for my colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile features. I have tried to use mobile to join a few meetings and the experience was not good from just the overall quality of the sound, but most importantly the lag when someone is sharing their screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It really DOES recreate the feeling and camaraderie of an office and promote more impromptu collaboration and organizational visibility. It's great to see who is in and available, who is talking to who and who is free. And it's also a much more fun meeting space than plain video chat apps. Can't imagine operating with it now. And...its fun! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be ideal to be able to call into a meeting room instead of using the mobile app. It would make attending meetings while driving much easier to do. The mobile experience does allow attendance, but it's very processor and bandwidth intense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating and managing meetings is effortless with Kumospace. During the meeting, there are excellent options for managing participants and interacting with them. I was impressed by the presentation tools, particularly the screen share and annotation features, which were helpful when guiding everyone through challenging material. Overall, Kumospace is user-friendly and has all the necessary features I require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far. Everything works great, and I strongly recommend this to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kumospace gets about as close to feeling like I'm really in the office as I have seen from all these virtual tools. I think a big part of the kumospace appeal is the environment it creates. We know it's not truly IRL but it feels like it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it is a bit slower than I had hoped for but I think that is really a problem of mixed reality than a kumospace problem as we are still "early" in the AR/VR space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love Kumospace! The support staff is very responsive for requests.
I love the pop-out feature the most because I can be in Kumo & working in a completely different tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With so many possibilities to be creative, sometimes the system has trouble keeping up with me.
It also had issues with bouncing out guests, or people would get kicked out of the program. Occasional lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Recreating office in virtual space brings back feeling of being in the office together
- Spatial audio allows for great meetups where different groups can talk without hearing each other
- By being back in the "virtual office" we have the serendipity of meetings again with people "visiting" the office being able to run into each other and say hi
- Makes whiteboarding sessions for remote teams much more fun! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Mobile experience needs to be improved (right now no app but imagine that will fix this) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Ease of use and access. I've had teams of 5-50+ join a Kumospace room or event with no issues and be comfortable within the virtual space within minutes.
2. Customizability to your team or company's needs. Making the virtual space feel like ours was fun to do through Kumospace's incredible toolset and helpful for our employees to feel connected to the company.
3. Many ways to interact with one another. We found just hanging around a virtual room to have limited appeal. Kumospace makes it easy to have games, presentations, and other unique interactive elements that give the space more purpose resulting in sustained usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cartoony-ness of it can be offputting to some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a really cool product for remote teams! I like the opportunity to see my colleagues in real-time, meet and chat at the cooler, and sit together by the fire! You can chat with your colleagues at any time as if you were in a real office. All you need is just to come! This is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be cool to be able to share multiple screens at the same time. When several teammates meet and show their screens to each other in parallel instead of one after the other. It would be great to have more integrations with third-party services or create a kind of "support office" and receive error messages directly to the channel. I wish the guys to quickly cut down more cool features! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
