I like the ability to create offices and change the layout when needed. Decorating the office is fun and makes each space unique! I like the ability to turn the microphone and camera on or off. It feels more personal when we can see each other. I like closing the door to my office and setting my status for others to see, and seeing others' status. The map is helpful to see at a quick glance if someone is in their office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The map doesn't show the entire office space. If I could see all of the offices, then I wouldn't have to travel to look for someone. That is all that I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Kumospace is how it facilitates group work with people from my class. The virtual environment allows us to collaborate seamlessly and work on projects together as if we were in the same physical space. Features such as screenshare and the ability to move around and interact with each other make it easy to share ideas and brainstorm together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area that could be improved is the chat function. The inability to send files and create groups limits communication and makes it difficult to share important information with my classmates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the immersive and interactive environment that Kumospace provides, enabling me to collaborate with colleagues in real time in a virtual setting that feels as close as possible to an in-person experience.
My favorite feature is the ability to furnish and decorate our office spaces to suit each co-worker's preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lack of integrations with softwares we currently use, like google calendar. I wish we could see our calendar directly from Kumospace or schedule new meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it's a great balance between calendar meetings vs Slack
With calendar meetings, there's all the hassle trying to set up the meeting, then things might go over time, so everyone in the next meeting is left in the awkward silence at the start, where the older people are chatting about their kids, and the younger people are too embarrassed to say what they got up to on the weekend.
With Slack, I'm being pinged by 50 different people at the same time, and they have no way of knowing I'm actually being hounded by another team right now.
Kumospace works well in letting people easily see who's free; see who's approaching to join in the conversation; and who's even in the office today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
People who like focused work are still vulnerable to being interrupted, just like any system; but at least you can see the person coming over. Maybe when you're writing code, your IDE could have its own avatar, so people could hear about the code you're writing and also know you're in focused concentration. Kumospace makes it possible for the Techtonica nonprofit community that's spread across the U.S. to connect with each other in a more casual and personal way than Slack and Zoom can provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I've had some frustration with is that the platform automatically mutes my headphones every now and then when I'm in the middle of talking. However, I reached out to customer support and they were very responsive and let me know how to submit a bug report so they can look into the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the serendipity of working with my team on Kumospace. Running into colleagues, and having a chance to pop over to someone's office when I have a quick question, makes everything feel more relational than slack or google meet/zoom calls. I also love inviting in my external meetings - just today the person I met with at 11:30 knew the person coming for my 12pm and so the two of them had a chance for a quick connect - that would never happen on Google Meet or Zoom. Being honest, I just can't wait for their mobile app. Not being able to have folks join from their phones is sometimes limiting. We've also realized in using the platform that some of our team members have computer hardware that just isn't up to the task - I know they are constantly working on performance improvements and look forward to where they will be in 6mo to a year. I can create and set up my office exactly how it looks, and you can decorate whatever you like. You can visit other offices too. This brings fun to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a bit challenging to navigate at first, and getting used to the controls and interface may take some time. Additionally, Kumospace may not be suitable for teams that require more advanced collaboration features such as document sharing or task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kossyoffice has actually recreated the real-life experience enjoyed onsite and even made team collaboration seamless. one thing I enjoyed most is that kosyoffice setup makes co-colleague respect your boundaries. Once I'm checkup by a colleague and they figure I'm in a meeting, they don't distract me with texts and slack buzz.
Kosyoffice even makes a startup more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
there seems to be a little confusion regarding how to navigate sometimes. apart from using mouse for movement, I suggest a kind of section where a promo command can be entered and you instantly find your self in designated places on kosyoffice. this will help immensely . It makes collaboration online less clunky -- I like that I can just sort of walk up to someone to ask a question which feels more natural as if I'm in the office or in person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app is catching up to feature parity, but still helpful to now be able to take meetings on the move if I need to leave my desk -- so shout out to the team for shipping this! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The feeling of "normalcy" - being back in a common space with other people and interacting with them immediately, as one would do "live". I've had such deep and meaningful conversations in only 2 days of use just because of this direct access to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are still some bugs that need fixing, and I've suggested some features be added to make all decor-relating activities simpler. Although fun, because of these bugs decorating takes longer than it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
