It simulates the very important critical considerations to a physical in-office experience, as closely as possible. Before that, a lot of us felt like we weren't able to have those easy spontaneous interactions one can in a physical setting - a quick huddle in someone's office, running into someone at the pool table, celebrating a win easily over a coffee. Grabbing a room for an ad-hoc meeting.

We literally now knock on doors, pop into each others' office and talk (and if they are available they answer), run into each other in the hallways. It's still not exactly the same as being in the office / place physically together, but it's by far the closest and overcomes MANY limitations before that even on the next best / complimentary medium of Slack. It is a quick and easy solution to set up and implement. It was easy to get our users onboard and configure the platform security the way we intended. The only thing I would change is to have additional documentation/user guides to make a self-guided setup easy for users not familiar with this type of platform (we had similar experience and did not necessarily need as much support).
