It's an all-in-one tool! I don't have to worry about scheduling integrations, notetaker integrations, etc. And the ability to use AI to make my job more efficient is a huge upside - both the AI scoring & the notetaker summaries. Plus the team is incredible - between implementation & customer success I have no complaints and feel really well supported!
