What do you like best about Kore.AI?

Faster and cleaner UI helps the developer to work on the platform for longer hours. The drag and drop fucntionality and easy third party integrations result in a great development and testing environment. Multiple deployemnt models also help alot. What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

Nothing much as the the framework is great. However, Kore.ai could always be better by introducing more channels, speech functionalities and a much wider scope for intents training and recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kore.ai helped us solve problems and come up with new solution in an efficient time span.

This helped save a lot of time dealing with internal issues, enabling us to focus more on our customers. Introducing the Kore.ai platform in our team for applciation development brought in more clients and better business.

It takes more time and effort to construct a bot when using a programming language like Python or.NET. These can be minimised, allowing for quicker development and deployment of the bots across various channels and one of the most likely Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kore.AI?

Such an impressive ready-to-use assistant suite for various use cases further enhances its versatility and utility over different domains. For IT-related tasks, it supports ServiceNow perfectly, thus offering out-of-the-box solutions that really speed up the whole operation. In human resources, it has the HR Assist features tailored to the application specifically for HR-related inquiries and processes as well as efficiently handle matters regarding personnel.

The platform is great at customer service capabilities, offering an all-inclusive Call Center as a Service (CCaaS). It is an excellent example of its ability to customize and integrate all these specialized bots into one universal bot. What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

The traditional NLU systems are good to a point and might not work when dealing with tremendous variability in the user inputs on structures, among other complexities. LLMs have higher understanding abilities to make sense of such variation. It will be revolutionary if Kore.ai can implement a zero-shot learning approach. This would enable the bot to service unknown inputs by prompting clarification questions, hence enhancing its ability to serve the requests of users. there is a great demand for easier-to-use alternatives in customizing the Kore.ai bot interface. Although it does provide customization options through the Kore.ai SDK, most customers are left quite dissatisfied by the same. The Automation AI Basic Training has been an enriching experience. The course provided me with the essential skills to build, debug, and publish AI-powered Virtual Assistants. I found the content to be well-structured and the hands-on approach very effective in reinforcing the concepts.

I particularly enjoyed learning about AI automation, Debugging capabilities, ML concepts, FM models, KG engines, and bot creation. These topics were covered comprehensively, and the practical exercises were incredibly beneficial.

What do you like best about Kore.AI?

in kore.ai, i like the design of the UI where developers can effortlessly do the configurations. The craziest thing i like in kore.ai's products is XO platform, i like the feature of entity extraction, when a user enters a utterance it can identify the entities , that gives the user a good satisfaction because normal chatbots will ask the same questions even you mentioned all the details in the utterance. Finally, in one sentance i can say is ease of implementation, good customer support and can integrate effortlessly to third party APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

kore.ai could enhance the llm features, the rephrase utterance option is there but it is not that much effective. If kore.ai concentrates on this one, no one can catch them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

in every organization, if an employee is facing an issue he/she may need to go to desired portal and raise a ticket, sometimes this can be a time consuming process and support agents may be busy at that time. instead of that for repeating problems we have given a knowledgebase access to kore.ai's search assist, so that whenever an employee facing any issue he/she just asks that AI chatbot and it will give the steps to resolve , if the issue is new the chatbot will create a new ticket automatically in backend. here employee no need to waste their time to open different portals for different things. we just simplified our employees workflow and making employees work productively without wasting time on these repitative issues. What do you like best about Kore.AI?

The problem which we faced was L1 support so we came with an idea to develop an agent to cut out the time of the response. So after implementing the idea as a solution using kore ai, we see a dramatic change from customer as they got impressed by the bot. Using the bot we are able to provide voice support also and add on to that we are able to connect multiple apps across platforms, using that we are able to perform multiple operations at ease. What do you like best about Kore.AI?

I love how you get to develop virtual assistants with the functionality of drag and drop and the offer of widgets/nodes so complete! What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

Kore.AI is an interesting platform to work on. I really like its user interface that helped me in creating some interesting chatbots as part of the training assignment. I really liked the GEN AI features that can be used to enhance the productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kore.AI?

I did not find anything that I dislike about this Kore.AI platform. It was such a great tool to create simple, effective conversational and gen AI solutions.So, I liked everything about Kore.AI. Kore.AI uses natural language processing that helps the bot in responding precisely to the user queries. Generative AI features are also super effective in enhancing the productivity. I used the platform in completing an assignment as part of the basic and advanced trainings.
