I've been relying on Konnect Insights for a very long time and my experience with them has been nothing short of amazing! While adding new tag/classifications in the tool, we have to add the tag to every social media platform seperately. If we could just add the tag for a specific brand then it should be applied to all the platforms under the brand in one go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
