I wish that it could be more integrated with other systems and was more customizable to my needs, rather than primarily for disaster situations. I think we have been using Konexus for a few years now as our emergency notification. It's working really well for us. It satisfies our business needs provides the capability to our large user base with send /receive alerts capability globally. We rely on the app a lot. It's gotten stable over the years.
