**What do you like best about Konexus?**

The 3rd party integrations helped increase the overall ability of the tool. All important features can be managed by using the mobile application. We can easily create customized templates for sending notifications in case of an emergency.

**What do you dislike about Konexus?**

The Geo-Location Alerting feature could be improved for more accuracy. The team should work on adding new addons to enhance the user experience.

**What problems is Konexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending important notification alerts to the team members on multiplatform was always an issue. Konexus helped us overcome that.

**What do you like best about Konexus?**

The staff is always eager to help and are willing to put in the extra mile for their clients. We have been very happy with the products and services Konexus offers. We have requested feature updates and the team has been very accommodating. We were trained very well by the Konexus team and hit the ground running at go live. We have also received excellent support and direction when we aren't able to figure things out. Konexus has a great help library filled with videos and steps for any process in the system. Last but not least, you can't go wrong for the price!

**What do you dislike about Konexus?**

There has been change over in the executive level, a few times, which has been difficult for contracts and knowing who to reach out to. COVID-19 has taken a toll on all of us, but Konexus is still working hard to do great work!

**Recommendations to others considering Konexus:**

Finding a great software vendor can be quite challenging. Here are a few steps I would suggest prior to setting up demos with companies. 
1. Write a software feature list (what are the must haves, likes, wants)
2. Write down a list of questions you will ask each vendor. 
3. Write down your list of expectations for a vendor. 
Present the packet prior to the demo so you can get the best demo for your business. The better the sales rep knows your area the better the demo and you will be able to see what the system can do.

**What problems is Konexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have requested additional functionality on the system and the staff has been very responsive to these requests. The largest benefit is their willingness to make their clients happy with the products and services they offer. The Konexus team is always willing to take suggestions, feature requests, and constructive feedback. They work on making the system better all the time.

**What do you like best about Konexus?**

I like I can use 1 tool to segment our users and message them based on the necessary criteria, on a device, rapidly. Out IT department plans to implement this tool with RSA Archer Business Resiliency. We have some Spanish speaking partners and clients, so the multi-language messaging was nice as well.

**What do you dislike about Konexus?**

The user experience is way above average for most software platforms. The user interface is good but could be better.

**Recommendations to others considering Konexus:**

Sit through a demo. It is well worth your time.

**What problems is Konexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of real-time, urgent, push messages to employees, partners, stakeholders, in a manner that allows them to be notified via many different methods. One benefit we realized was notifying stakeholders of upcoming webinars, which we did not expect when we were imagining how to use the software.

**What do you like best about Konexus?**

I like how it works as an integrated solution for notification and alert needs, and I like how they make agreat deal of effort to improve their products and make sure they work for governmental users.

**What do you dislike about Konexus?**

I wish that it could be more integrated with other systems and was more customizable to my needs, rather than primarily for disaster situations. There are other situations in which an alert is helpful or necessary, but their system is not a perfect fit for those situations.

**Recommendations to others considering Konexus:**

For what it is used for, Konexus works really well. They did a good job with the FEMA alert system and similar systems for public health and safety. There is always the question whether folks pay attention to those alerts, but that is a separate question.

Keeping people informed when there are issues. Exploring the tool right now.

**What do you like best about Konexus?**

I think we have been using Konexus for a few years now as our emergency notification. It's working really well for us. It satisfies our business needs provides the capability to our large user base with send /receive alerts capability globally. We rely on the app a lot. It's gotten stable over the years. Appreciate the team at Kmoexus they provide a great customer experience, always available when needed, and respond to issues very promptly.

**What do you dislike about Konexus?**

Nothing specific I can point out it's worked really well for us and is been very stable and efficient during the Covid times where the app has been used widely.

Ease of communication. It's fast and user friendly

I like the "groups" feature as it allows our business to disseminate pertinent information to various groups based on areas of Interest, job roles, Etc.

**What do you dislike about Konexus?**

There is no random feature for choosing random dates for recurring scheduled alerts.

**What problems is Konexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Konexus to facilitate communication with both internal and external groups associated with our business. Disseminating information is literally at our fingertips. Don't know how we operated before, Texas.

**What do you like best about Konexus?**

I love the communication I have with the Konexus team.  They are Johnny on the spot!  They are great at responding to our needs in a timely fashion.

**What do you dislike about Konexus?**

I love their product so far.  We have been with Konexus for almost two years now and we have not had any real hiccups.

**What problems is Konexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working on the proper permissions of our employees has been a big project.  Konexus reps have been very helpful helping us to get through this very tedious process.  We have realized that this is a very user friendly app.

**What do you like best about Konexus?**

What I like best about this application is that for a company that it has several employees were able to communicate easily at a time of emergency such as a hurricane, flood, thread etc.

**What do you dislike about Konexus?**

Only downside is because email and other commincation apps are still available it’s been difficult getting team on board.

**What problems is Konexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 We have been able to use this application for real alerts and not minimal ones that could be via email.

**What do you like best about Konexus?**

Because our area has been recently affected by hurricane Harvey and it’s floods it’s good to have an effective communication tool.

**What do you dislike about Konexus?**

There’s nothing that I have encountered that I did not like.

**What problems is Konexus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved how slow communication was via email in emergencies.
