Unable to copy/paste images. Tedious to have to save all images uniquely when I essentially already have the KB article written and really just need to upload it to KO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Page formatting does not always do what I want it to do. Bullets and numbering of items are to rigid and difficult to format. I wish it worked more like Word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
