There are no cons as of right now, been using knownBe4 for about 3 years and its been super smooth

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has very clear information, doesn't get into tedious terms and always makes sure that you're actually paying attention with short quizes. The whole KnowBe4 team is there to make sure you are getting all the options they promised and in general, offers a kind customer support. Also, the page is super friendly and easy to find all the content which is really entertaining and helpful.

The only thing that I dislike about KnowBe4 is that I don't get more training videos!

Making collaborators aware about the potential risks that are online and how to react to them, getting us to be inform and prepared to take action and to conquer human error.

It teaches all users the basics and more about what to look for when deciding to open an email and an attachement through a very easy to use platform.

Set it and forget capabilities for ongoing training videos and tests.

The Phish Alert button not only tests the users, it gives valuable information to IT about who needs more training.

The content isn't always fresh

The information is repetetive and so the presentation has to be updated and presented differently often and there isn't always new training available.

It makes people pause and think about opening an email and any attachments. It's keeping our network and email systems and most importantly, our client data safe.

The ease at which training is automated and phishing simulations can be generated without a heavy lift

Once set up everything is very easy to use. I would not have been able to create templates without the help of knowBe4 support team

I like how real the phishing emails look and I also appreciate the fact that it makes you take a cybersecurity course if you fail. This teaches the office about things to look for in scam emails.

It takes a bit to configure in order to spoof your records on your mail server, but once you get it going, it is such a valuable tool. Other than that, no cons about this product

It keep the team all on the same page and presents everything that you need all in a nicely built dashboard. All of the analytics are included and centralization is key.

I have used KnowBe4 security awareness training in many workplaces I've worked for, and I have to say sometimes the effectiveness of having a good security awareness training can be better than security products. Most of the cyber attacks come from lack of user education and clicking on links and as a result of phishing attacks and without training, users may easily fall into attackers plans. There must be more emphasise on this type of awareness trainings

Overall not much complaints , though reporting features can improve and the trainings may take some time to get used to for users
