The training modules are not lengthy, so it is easy to keep employees "tuned up" without taking them away from other tasks for extended training.

I'm also pleased with being able to hammer my office with assorted phishing campaigns year round. It is good to see how seldom they have taken the bait, something like three times in three years. Looks like the training is working!

1. Setting up training sessions, seems I always have to relearn all the various tabs and possibilities. However my rep has been very helpful with this.

2. Not able to include family members in the program since they do not use our firm's domain name. My wife NEEDS to be phished.

3. WORSE: having to figure out how to create and upload a screenshot into this survey!

Set up a perpetual phishing campaign.

Any number of times employees have told me "I almost clicked on that", then their training kicked in and they avoided opening evil emails.

KB4 is easy to use and to configure. It is constantly updated with appealing campaigns.

There is nothing I dislike about the program or its services.

KnowBe4 provides a great product at a very reasonable price point. Their team is great at sending frequent communication and following up to help make sure you are making the most of their product and actively test and monitor your organizations security. The amount of community created content is also fantastic! If knowBe4 doesn't have a template or poster that you are looking for, chances are that someone in the community has created something that you can add and use at no additional cost.

The only negative I can think of is that they may be a bit excessive with the number of emails that are sent.

KnowBe4 is a great platform that is very affordable, especially for small organizations. I have looked at similar systems in use by larger organizations that I work with, and they cost more and aren't as easy to set-up, use, and administer. KnowBe4's support team is very friendly and very proactive in contacting customers to make sure they are aware of everything the program has to offer and help you implement it in a way that uses their established best practices. If you have any difficulties or questions, they are available to walk you through the site and help in any way they can. Send them an email or give them a call if you have any problems!

KnowBe4 has provided me insight into who in my organization is most at risk of falling victim to cyber threats, phishing, and social engineering, as well as providing real world examples of how these threats can impact an organization and how I can work to stop them. Their training programs have also been fantastic and have prompted a lot more conversations around the office about security and a general heightened awareness of the different scams and threats that are out there.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. It works even better than advertised.

Customer support is excellent. We get regular calls from their support group with suggestions and new ideas as they monitor our testing status.

We had a serious problem with end users falling for phishing attacks and we were a victim of ransomeware as a result. Training and regularly testing our users has been highly effective in eliminating this problem and making everyone more security conscious.

Applicable Training campaigns and Phishing tests with saved results. Smart Groups feature which allows dynamic population based upon certain criteria. Great for selecting new hires.

Want the Training campaign to be like the phishing - to select a genre and time allotment so that training campaigns becomes almost as automatic as phishing. Right now I must create new campaigns for select modules.

Best to provide good communication with your users regarding the product and what it addresses. Establish a regular routine of training, phishing, and remedial handling. Solicit feedback and refine.

Cyber-Security training. Makes users question the authencity of information and its source - less prone to be fooled into clicking.

I do not dislike anything, other than some of the random phishing e-mails are far too obvious.

Use this product. The trianing and phishing testing combined has been very well recevied by my users.

End user awareness is at the highest ever, we have built a baseline of knowledge across the company and in conjunction with our other tools in place, we feel much safer.

In today's times it is best to test your team to make sure they are properly trained to not click on dangerous links and attachments. Knowbe4 does a great job in providing a system to track clicks and educate the users without damage to your systems.

There aren't any specific items which I dislike.
