it is not user friendly. The features does not allow you to do most basic thing.
Not recommending this for a company that has a complicated project requirement.
The platform needs to be easy to use. the basic features don't give you the data you need to see in a glance.
the features does not talk to each other - you need to open all the drop downs to search one thing - they should be able to search this as a whole and all the information relating a PO/Invoice should come out.
the system does not show the PO's that an invoice has been GRN - you can only put one purchase order. And as a company who is very reliant on project codes the system don't allow you to use two PO's with different project code which is a trouble when you are looking at an invoice that relates to two projects. The web and app portals and clean and well designed and make accessing all the key features and functions nice and simple. If you have any issues the customer support is fast, friendly and knowledgeable and it has been easy to implement and integrate Kloo into daily workflow. I particularly like the ease with which I can upload copies of reciepts for expenses doing away with a pocket full of paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is really easy to see everything in one place, and the communication around finance is easily done within the tool itself. It has a pleasant UI and it is simple to follow and complete to the required standard. I really enjoy that it skips the process of returning cards for reimbursement and the focus is instead on requesting a digital card which can be used immediately for relevant purchases. Google services temporary hold was a bit confusing at first and I struggled to resolve the issue. It could be improved with additional functionality that provided a high level oversight on how many is spent (Accomodation, food, misc etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the way that the card is easy to access from anywhere and allows me to purchase things for work easly. The integration with receipts etc is seamless and makes the whole process of spending seconds rather than taking ages as it did with previous companies. I've been using Kloo for over a year now and my opinion hasn't changed, there are times when a physical card would be useful, but overall I haven't found not having one a major issue, there are normally ways round it! I've never needed support or anything like that as it is so simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've not really found a downside yet, as long as you pay for things such as hotels etc upfront, I only have a virtual card rather than a physical one, so that could be overcome if I needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say the best thing about Kloo is compareing to our old systems we have purchasing system and invoice tool all on one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well i dislike when you have a GRN issue with regards to offset not match and i need to email Kloo support to get the problem sorted, which deals in us from processing a urgent invoices which may need paying.
Also we currently still don't have approval workflow active at the moment which is a big issue.

The UI is really intuitive - it doesn't take a long time at all to upload receipts. It's simple and easy to request new cards that are labelled and easily trackable. I use Kloo quite a lot for random office bits and their app is quite helpful to remind me about receipts when standing orders are filled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The amount of login codes and phone verification is a bit annoying. It's difficult to justify why I've got to use at least 2 phone verification codes to purchase and upload a receipt on the web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Option to have virtual and physical cards which is great depending on the usecase. Also nice to have cards for regular spend versus ad-hoc spend. Option to view all expenses in one place which is great to track spend across different avenues. Customer support was definitely prompt but not always helpful. The app itself is very temperamental. Quite often it freezes and you are unable to access your virtual cards. When submitting a request for a new card the only option for OTP is via text message which if you're abroad is not always possible. Given travel expenses will be a core use case, it would be great to have another option - email or whatsapp given wifi is likely to be more readily available. The card also does not work with all cash machines which means when travelling it can be frustrating to get cash out. The platform has saved our AP team hundreds of hours monthly. Non-finance staff find it seamless for managing POs and invoices, while its features aid in better spending decisions. It would be beneficial to have additional customization options for reporting in Kloo. Currently, I occasionally need to download data into CSV format to conduct in-depth analyses.
